OS new Mapping Britain Book
Mapping Britain. What a missed opportunity to showcase the wonderful work of the OS over the years. Instead, you have produced a book that will forever frustrate lovers of OS maps old and new!
Whoever decided to produce the map illustrations at the scale they have done, where it is impossible to see the detail that the map is supposed to be illustrating, obviously has not tried to read the finished product, nor realised that it is the detail that matters.
Some illustrations are so dark that the subject is not clear. Other quite pale and washed out, with the same result. The choice of book size and colour of the paper has not help either.
To avoid disappointment anyone who likes maps should inspect a copy before purchase.

Repeat customer and an amazing product but their website is awful. I had to use AI code to finish the order and still couldn't get a custom image on the order.
