Hi Mr Honey
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We'll ensure your feedback is passed onto the custom map team regarding the price of the custom maps.
Good map but problematic customising process
The map arrived quickly & was beautifully packaged in a sturdy tube. It was good value for money.
The process of personalising it online was, however, a nightmare! After filling each box I was sent back to the beginning of the process every time. It was very confusing and took me SO long. At one point I had 3 maps in my basket and I’d no idea which was the correct one so had to delete them all and start again.
I wasn’t able to zoom in to work out the grid reference so just had to guess that I’d centred the map.
I bought one years ago and didn’t have these problems then so don’t understand what I did wrong.
