I tried to order an Ordnance Survey map on line
I tried to order a Customer Made OS map on line. The scale requested was 1:25,000. Some how during the ordering process, the IT system changed the order to a scale of 1:40,000. Which is what arrived through the post. I rang OS and we tried to reorder a 1:25,000 map over the phone but without success. I understand the fault will be reported to the IT people. I am still waiting for a replacement 1:25,000 map...
The only person I have spoken to at OS was when I first raised the issue. This issue has not been resolved as I am still stuck with a map with the wrong scale.
