One map not delivered
One map not delivered and no notification from you of this. I was not charged for this.
One map delivered had no mobile download code.
After calling you I was advised that the first map was out of stock and no indication was available if it would be back in stock and the second had been put on my account apparently but I have not yet checked this.

Delivery? What delivery?
I never did receive the order because the delivery agent, Parcelforce, was so awful. After initially refusing to give me the parcel because I wasn’t quick enough to answer the door, Parcelfarce called the next day uninvited and then never turned up on the agreed day. So I never did receive my maps. No organisation with a reputation to lose should employ this utter shower as their delivery agent.
