These guys are great.

The waiting time wasn't their fault, that was on the side of the publisher, and it's perfectly understandable.

Speed, quality, product, shipment, all of that was fantastic.

Delivery could've been better, though. I received no note, no notification and no communication from the delivery agency, and my neighbour had to take the parcel for me. I was not notified of the delivery until after my neighbour had given me my parcel.

Despite that however, I will come back in the future. These guys are great.

A great place to buy anime and video game books, soundtracks etc. Very reasonable prices considering the items are coming from Japan. Due to this sometimes there is a bit of a wait for the item to arrive but it's very clear on the website.

As usual, Otaku delivers. Great prices, solid service. Highly recommended.

I have been a customer for 13 years, ordering dozens of books, & have only ever received one damaged item (in transit), which was replaced quickly, with free return & delivery.

Great selection of books at a really good price. I especially appreciate that many of these are imports but dispatched from within the UK, so there are no unexpected customs bills or extra charges to worry about.
