Order not delivered and no support offered
Like others I ordered from OTIC and haven't received anything. I ordered on 21st August and have had no further contact from the company. The delivery status is still "preparing shipment" as it has been from day one and I have tried to email support but they do not respond. Very upsetting as this is a birthday present and I don't think it is going to arrive in time, if at all. The fact that they just ignore their support emails is a huge red flag and I do not advise anybody to use this website.

No customer support
First of all I want to say this is a sort of preliminary review, because as of today (28.08.2025) I have not received any product. I ordered the Final Audio A4000 IEMs on August 5th and have yet to receive any updates what so ever on when I can expect my order. On August 17th I wrote to customer support and got no answer and 2 days ago I wrote again, still no answer. My issue is not that I didn't get the product yet, my issue is being ignored by customer support for more than a week. It seems increasingly unlikely that I'll get a response and so I have no idea how to get in contact with a human on the side of Otic other than leaving this review, because to these they seem to be able to give an answer, probably because they are public. 1 Star for absolutely no customer support, what would I even do if I wanted a refund if my support requests just get ignored???

I dont usualy leave reviews but this is the only way to get a reply as e-mails are never replied to. I orderd on the 19th its now the 31st and the shop app says that my item still hasnt been shipped yet?

Generally pretty good
Despatch time was a bit slower than other places, but i was not in a rush so it did not make a huge difference. Just something to be aware of if you need an item quickly. Item was packaged amazingly and was a good price. Would 100% use OTIC again.

OTIC kept me fully updated as to when my device would be delivered, they did have issues getting the JM 21 in stock but once delivered it's been really good.

Open Box?..literally means a returned…
Open Box?..literally means a returned product or shop display...they opened the box. I just received my DAP
Astell & Kern SR35, open box, with the discount...whats not to love. Paired the DAP with FiiO FA19 iem's , as good as anything to date and I have bought and sold a few DAC/DAP etc.

good customer support and experience overall
customer support super nice, they had to deal with some shipping delays and issues with one of the items in my order but were accommodating and offered a lot of different solutions, I decided to wait it out and got all my items safely! sometimes you might have to email customer support twice but I think in my case it's a bit special since I was checking in for updates every once in a while, they're pretty transparent and quick with response times overall 99.99% of the time and I was likely just a standout scenario

ordered the cd player for Christmas and received it in March!
Staff were nice when I was asking for updates but I always had to ask, I never received any info regarding the delays without me asking.
Apart from that, good product that I am now keeping for my son's birthday!

I received a faulty item from them and have had no response to my request for a return/refund despite repeated emails for over three weeks.

Cost: £113.99
The company only provide a superficial 'shell-company' address - a warning sign that I wish I'd spotted before.
It's unclear even if any of the other reviews on this page are genuine.
It's now going to be a time-consuming effort to begin legal action against the company and report them to Trading Standards for investigation.
