Laptop arrived, quickly, well packaged, as described and in excellent condition.

I purchased the 15-inch MacBook Air M3 with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage, and, overall, I'm very pleased with it.
The MacBook arrived in excellent cosmetic condition and performs exactly as expected. The battery health was also very good for a refurbished machine, and after carrying out a number of checks and Apple diagnostics, everything appears to be working properly. For the specification and price, I'm very happy with the laptop itself.
The only disappointment was that the listing stated UK QWERTY, and I specifically confirmed with the sales team before ordering that it would have a UK English keyboard. The MacBook supplied actually has a US physical keyboard. Customer service responded quickly and acknowledged that a US-layout device had inadvertently been supplied. I've been able to set macOS to British input, so it is perfectly usable, although of course this doesn't change the physical key layout.
I decided to keep the MacBook because the condition and overall quality of the particular machine I received are excellent.
Based on the laptop itself, I'm very happy with my purchase. I would just recommend that anyone for whom a UK physical keyboard is important confirm the actual keyboard layout of the individual machine before it is dispatched.

My MacBook pro recently decided it didn't want to power up. I tried everything, to no avail !
Luckily I took out the extended warranty, so decided to contact Our Deal, where I bought it from.

I bought an iMac from OurDeal back in 2023. My daughter and granddaughter have used it relentlessly ever since. However, they never did any admin and needed to set up a new account. They couldn’t find the original instructions for the admin account. I sent an email and within 30 minutes or so I had a response with all of information needed. Superb service.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Are they actually a scam company!!?? Do not buy, I am absolutely disgusted with the equipment, service and communication from this company. I was desperate for a computer so I could teach disabled people online for my not for profit. This entire “ordeal”has had a profound impact on myself and my students. I am still without a working Mac after sending it to Holland, then the uk. It must be a scam. I paid for a 2 year guarantee as I could not afford the risk and this was the biggest waste of my money, time and energy.
