ourdeal.co.uk have been really helpful every step of the way and i would have no hesitation using them again.

Item was in excellent condition, packaged well and customer service was second to none!

Really pleased with my 15inch MacBook Pro from OurDeal. It arrived on time well packaged and did look like new. Started perfectly and has run the same since then. It is very fast, the screen is superb and a great upgrade from my previous 13inch Pro. I did have one small glitch in not receiving the free software bundle link to download these. After a mail to query this it was sorted within minutes by Andrew and Jordan which was excellent Customer Service, thanks to you both. My wife liked the look of my Laptop so much I had to get her one too! This was 13inch to supplement her more limited iPad. This arrived the next day despite being ordered just before OurDeal's 2pm deadline. Again looking new and starting without any problems including software bundle download. I highly recommend OurDeal to anyone looking for a refurbished Apple Laptop at a good price.

Great communication and the laptop looks amazing and works perfectly. I have recommended this company to my friends and family. Very happy with my purchase.

I boight the iMac 27 and so far all is good. I did have an issue with the keyboard as the space bar was loose and they sent me a replacement keyboard which out which I wasn’t expecting. Thank you. Iv already recommended to my clients to use you company.

Excellent service, excellent product.... I'm a happy bunny!

My 2011 iMac finally gave up on me. I was advised by my computer shop to purchase a reconditioned version with a relatively recent operating system. I purchased this one from you - supported by Ventura and it looks new. Really enjoying the much greater speed and resolution. And from ordering to installing my old computer's data, it took 2 days to resolve. I'd recommend to everyone

Very fast reliable company

I was really concerned buying a refurbished computer on line but I found the right one on Our Deal at a really competitive price. It was a smooth transaction, delivery and absolutely pleased with my purchase.

I purchased a refurbished iMac 21.5 inch from OurDeal.co.uk
A pleasure to deal with.
Once I selected my model and spec of 1Tb ssd storage and 16gb Ram. I sat back and waited to see how they performed. It also has the Retina display which has amazing clarity.
Delivery was promised in 2 days and my computer arrived bang on time.
For a refurbished model I am extremely impressed at the condition. The whole thing is gleaming and the quality appears first class.
All of this was helped by extremely good packaging.
All in all a good experience for a great price, less than half that of a new machine!!
5 Stars from me.

Excellent service

A really seamless process from order to delivery and really helpful email answers to my queries.

This is the 2nd mac I have bought from you and experienced the same great service. I chatted with your online customer services and once I was sure what I wanted I ordered. My Mac book arrived next day and was up and running almost straight away. The fact that I was able to purchase an extended warranty for a discounted price was very reassuring too. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone wanting a quality refurbished Mac.
