no payout, no reply to queries
i obtained enough points to get a £10 paypal payout 10 days ago (first award obtained on this site, so no previous experience) and i have received nothing. i have contacted them online and no response. very poor.

No recompense
I was so excited. I got sent some drinks to my home to try and then I wrote my follow up review and did the survey, and I have not received my points. I have contacted them and they’ve just glibly responded asking me the survey number. Why should I know that off the top of my head? I have contacted them them several times and they honestly don’t want to help

So far so good, I like that you can enter products testing opportunities if you win can keep products and review, plus you have surveys and a new referral program to invite friends and family and make extra money. When they take part in surveys, Great all round experience I'm happy 🙂
