I agree with other reviewers, this app is SHADY! Recently AnyDay has switched to a virtual card. They had two separate launches because many people had issues. I was sent an email to register for the KOHO app through AnyDay, and the next day they retracted that email. Now they want me to register all over again, and give them my government issued ID and SIN. I've had many issues with the card, and now they want my personal information, so I am hesitant. I am currently talking to them to work on a better solution. Through my bank I am able to use my fingerprint as authorization to access my account, which I prefer. I suggested this and I haven't heard from them in a few days. It's frustrating because I never wanted to be enrolled in the first place. I also can't e-transfer all my money into my bank account - so I am dealing with that as well. Every $1000.00 I pay a $1.50 fee, and I can only transfer $1000.00 each day. I never wanted to be part of this, I just did it for my employer. I truly don't think that AnyDay has its "customers" concerns at heart. It all feels really shady.

Shady company. We use this service the staff are constantly getting their cards locks but the worse thing is we deposited $13000 for our staff tips but they can not load so we had to pull cash to pay our staff $26000 for $13000

The worst. Employer gave no warning of switching over. The app is glitchy and unbelievably unstable. The accounts aren't secure. Disputes take months to have your funds returned. Contradictory withdrawal terms vs what I can actually withdraw. Terms state $1000 withdrawal limit yet I can only withdraw $400 at a time (terms say $500) and cuts me off at two withdrawals charging me $3.00 everytime. There is nothing about any of this that I appreciate. Quite the opposite.

The whole process from on-boarding to rolling this out to my staff and additional support has been such an amazing experience. The online site is user friendly and easy to navigate.
