Good Service my partner is using them from ages DEFINATELLY RECOMENDED

The are nice at booking time , give you every details, but when it comes to check status of your shipping arrival, they talk very rudely , don't listen you , just keep saying , baji jang chal rahi hai , news nai dekhti , parcels late hain. They don't even bother to check your invoice number . And shut the call before you finish. Its not just 1 time, happened many times .
Rest they deliver your shipping without anything missing ..they should work on COSTUMER SERVICE.

The company PAK Direct CARGO pdc is so far number 1 company for Pakistan and Azad Kashmir
We use Pdc to send our customer cargo to Pakistan they really over deliver say 2 months delivery in 5 weeks

I was reading a review saying they charge in advance but didn’t turn up it looks confused review to me because they charge on collection not in advance (only EURO PAK CARGO FROM BRISTOL CHARGE IN ADVANCE)

If they would not be able to make it they clearly advise the customer about that including us who usE them from ages looks rude but makes our lives easy

Extremely disappointed and disgusted with the lack of compassion and customer service this company has ! Very poor communication, theyr website doesn’t reflect what they are promising ! They took my money without picking up my goods , they did not accept theyr admin error !
I would not recommend this company!

Am giving 1 star as I’m unable to give 0. Very unprofessional staff, poor communication skills and came across as arrogant.

I placed an order requesting a specific time period which the operator agreed. Then sent me a collection time different from what he originally agreed with me.

Upon querying this and requesting to rearrange as I won’t be home due to work. The operator very rudely said it’s best if you don’t use us as you will just keep rearranging.

Disgrace of a service

Very reliable company have contacted and used this conpany on 4 occasions and can confirm they are very very reliable always on time and the item have reached pakistan safe and sound everytime. Would recomemmend and would deffo use again.

Overall good service and fast

Don't trust them ever my mother were using their services for many years and we used to send a lot to Lahore from London and that too for charity purpose mostly. The last time we used their services we had 2 weddings in Pakistan and they did not give us our stuff and instead said its been delivered and received by my mother's sister and my mother was in Pakistan at that time grey only delivered one and said all been delivered and whenever we contact them they make excuses "may be it is stuck in our port in karachi" sometime they say "we are looking into this and someone will contact you" no update since. Its been more them 6 months. They steal customers shipment. Everyone should report them to higher authorities.

No other company is taking air cargo but pdc or pakdirect cargo
Still taking and shipping air cargo mine just delivered in 6 days

But they are very conscious about items now a days due to custums in Pakistan and air port scanning in UK

They are liars. ( Pak Direct Cargo Ltd) They will try their best to trick you into giving them more money.

Highly not recommended

1. First they don't have any tracking link
2. If you will ask they will say that our database is updating so we don't have any info (which doesn't make any sense)
3. They will lie and take oaths on the Name of GOD but will never fulfil
4. They will take all the fee and stuff, they will tell yoh everything is included

Later on they will call/msg you that your parcel has been held by customs and they will ask for huge amount of money which might be even more that actual price of your parcel.

5. Below every bad review they will blame the customer or will try to show them as competitor

Wicked service

Extremely unreliable service. Customers service/website is completely misleading and full of lies. I was told by the customer service that they charge 1.50/kg(minimum 25kg) and site tells you the same. However, person who came to collect the parcel refused to charge 1.50/kg for weight of 28 Kg. Instead he insisted on £2/kg.
Untrustworthy firm. I can only hope stuff gets to destination safe.

GOOD SERVICE SHOP ARROUND AND COME BACK TO PAK DIRECT CARGO

Liars, dishonest and unprofessional. They do not turn up when agreed and make excuses upon excuses instead of owning up to their fault.

Rubbish and they are king of thieves. Rang them and they making excuses that they don’t take electrical items such as kettles/toasters/hair dryers. Everyone else takes them. I send lots of electrical products every 2nd or third week for £2.25 per kg rate. And these people quoted me £5.00 per kg. Guys look for other services. They all give same service.
Better of sending by air for £6.00 per kg.

Very professional, used their service more than 10 time, always worked up to the mark, Must recommend them to others.

Best cargo service ever. I rang them today they booked me fr next Friday but they Called me and collect my cargo just now around 8pm. Customer service awesome And the person who collected the cargo ,mr iqbal was extremely helpful. This is my first time Using this service and will be Defo using agn in future. Thanks Received parcel s Today all good. The day they say they will come to collect no excuses and delivery time is good as well. All our family use this cargo company Pak Direct or pdc
