Their customer service team exists to demean and assist you in suffering. The most useless out of any other company you will ever encounter. They will literally dismiss you, ignore everything you’ve said and do stop at nothing to provide the most nonsensical, useless, dragged out response you’ve ever had the pleasure of reading. Absolutely brilliant.

Four items, four defects: Amigo trousers tore at the front just from standing up off a sofa, Renata trousers had a seam come undone after 10 min wear, Mau shorts faded despite limited use, and a leather slipper lost its metal ring after only the second day of wearing.

Customer service pushed back rather than acknowledging the pattern — for the tear, they questioned how it happened instead of offering a replacement, and so far no refund for any item was offered after weeks of back and forth.

For this price point, I expected far better construction. Other reviews here suggest this isn't an isolated case.

I've been following PW since 2017, when they had a line of corduroy jackets. I remember buying one and loving the quality. I cannot say the same anymore. The past 2 items I've bought from them in 2024 were awful. The seams ripped from only 2 or 3 washes. Do not recommend to anyone, the aesthetic is nice but the quality is dog sh---

Horrible service .. to make it look like a cool store they make people wait in the line even though people have left the store they still do not let people in. When people asked why they have attitudes . Do not shop there buy online it’s not a great product

I purchased the large blue cayetano at the start of 2023, it is now 2026 and my bag is still in almost pristine condition. I have traveled via bus, plane, and train with this bag. I have used it as a work bag for 3 years. I would highly recommend the bags from this brand. With that being said, I have never purchased any clothing items from the brand because the fabric usually looks flimsy for the price range.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Paloma Wool.
I purchased the Alexia pants in blue and wore them only once. After one wear, a visible mark appeared in the middle of the trousers on the fabric and did not disappear after washing. It is VERY unflattering (The mark is located exactly in the inseam area as a visible line) This makes the item essentially unwearable.
When I contacted customer service, I was told this was not considered a defect and was instead offered a small discount or a gift card (the customer service is really bad and rude) I found this unsatisfactory, especially considering the price of the item and the fact that it is clearly not usable in its current condition. And in addition to that: Even after gently hand-washing in cold water, the pants have shrunk and are now shorter. The quality therefore feels quite poor.
Overall, I am very disappointed and would not recommend and will not buy from Paloma wool again (I was once a big fan :(( )

Bought the Alexia pants, they arrived with a stain, I could get 10% off, not even covering the shipping.. a couple weeks later I wear them in the rain, and they start to tear apart in the bottom. I bought a pair of pants worth 160 euro and they are ruined already at the arrival. The company won’t own up to it, even though there are several other bad reviews about specifically these pants. Would never purchase from them again and won’t recommending anyone to do so. The customer service are pointless at this point

Ich war anfangs wegen der vielen Bewertungen etwas verunsichert. Von den zwei bestellten Hosen kam eine leider nicht ganz einwandfrei bei mir an. Der Kundenservice hat jedoch super nett und schnell reagiert – ich bekomme sie kostenlos umgetauscht und erneut zugeschickt :)

Love the design, but my light nubuck Dry Bag stained heavily after one week of normal use and the case was closed without any solution. Just something to be aware of.

I’ve purchased around six items from Paloma Wool and, unfortunately, every single one has developed issues after a very short period of use. Buttons have fallen off, zippers have broken, and overall stitching has come undone far too quickly — in some cases, within just a few weeks. The quality of the fabrics, especially the knitwear, is underwhelming for the price point. The only pieces that have held up reasonably well are the T-shirts.
I really wanted to love this brand — the designs are beautiful and unique — but the execution simply doesn't match the aesthetics. Would love to see them invest more in craftsmanship and construction, because right now, it’s just not worth it.

I love the creativity and design behind each piece. While the fabrics may not always be of the highest quality, they are perfect for the style that it aims to achieve.

Customer service is generally responsive within 24 hours, and I’ve never had any issues with returns.

Totalmente nefasto , no recomiendo que compréis nada, talla equivocada me comentan cómo hacer la devolución y llevo para el reintegro de mi dinero 5 meses , eso sí emprenderé las acciones legales correspondientes

Terrible customer service, do not abide by EU return laws, they have been around long enough to know the law. If you receive a badly fitting item from paloma, don't let their customer service scare you away, you are entitled to a refund.

I personally wouldn't shop with the brand again. I have bought a number of items, but the quality does not match the price. Especially with a number of their Cupro designs which literally stretch out of shape just from wearing, even if you keep them stored tight. Also the brand does not adhere to EU return law, which is really just picking on young women who don't know the rules. The brand is big enough to know better, but not big enough to have the ego it has.

I bought the Alexia cupro trousers, and the fabric completely lost their cupro effect after a few wears. Now, they look like dull polyester pants, which is certainly not what I expected at PW's prices. I reached out to find a solution, and their customer service kept avoiding the issue that the quality of their items is appalling. In the end, they blamed me for the fact that their product looks terrible after about a month and a half, saying that they have not received other complaints regarding their cupro products, which is simply not true as per their poor rating on Trustpilot. They ended up refusing to replace the item or provide a refund. Such a disappointing experience. Do not buy from here.

Habe Stiefel gekauft und zurückgesendet, weil sie nicht gepasst haben und die Qualität wirklich minderwertig war. Es geht um ein Betrag von fast 400,–€. Laut Sendungsnummer ist das Paket bei denen angekommen, sogar der Name wurde genannt, der es entgegengenommen hat.
Angeblich hätten die es aber nicht bekommen! Der Kundenservice von PW weicht meinen E-Mails immer aus!! Hätte ich hier vorher die Rezensionen gelesen, dann ich da gar nicht erst gekauft.

Katastrophaler Kundenservice, wirklich schlechte Qualität und dafür definitiv stark überteuert! NICHT DORT BESTELLEN!!!!!

Wouldn’t bother ordering from this store. They haven’t supplied the correct paperwork to DHL which has resulted in the item being held at customs. This means I now won’t receive it in time for leaving for Christmas. They don’t offer any customer service on the weekends and during the week it’s a 3 hour window. Avoid

Paloma Wool keeps price hiking their items as their audience grows. They're great at marketing that clean-girl-with-an-edge aesthetic. Unfortunately, the quality is rubbish. When you spend over £200 on a pair of trousers, you at least expect them to have a lining... Or to not be paper thin... Or to not pill and bobble after a single wash!!!

It's sad because I really like the designs they bring out and their silhouettes are more exciting than the average contemporary clothing brand. However, I fear a lot of their image is greenwashing plain and simple.

Even when recycled, polyester is polyester. It's non-biodegradable, non-breathable, and cheap as hell. Like another reviewer has stated, just because production is in Spain, doesn't mean it's ethical or good for the environment. See Zara.

TLDR: Price point doesn't reflect quality. Crap, thin fabric. Buy vintage.

I’ve tried buying from Paloma Wool twice because I love their designs so much. Both times, the quality has been awful. The material is always thin, the cut weird, no lining where they should be one, etc. It’s so frustrating because the price is crazy but even H&M has better quality items.

Upon arriving I was taken aback by the cheap quality so it totally ruined my excitement for the bag I was waitlisted for..I decided to keep it because I loved the design so much. The fasterner/buckle on the bag just broke off one day (less than a year old purchase and I havent used the bag that much). They use the cheapest buckles :(
I reached out to them explaining the situation and they sent me a new buckle but in order to fix that, I'd need to unsew/undo the bag straps, basically, its a very expensive repair that should be done by a professional. RIP my favorite bag. It was the bean style.
