I absolutely love my new closet! I honestly never imagined I’d have such an amazing space in my own home. It completely exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it. I’m already looking forward to adding more upgrades to my house.

The products themselves are well made, attractive, and easy to customize and install. The customer service is also great in answering any questions, including keeping up to date on any backordered parts.

I really love my new closet. It is in a beautiful shade of a gold and is extremely sturdy. I was able to hang on the closet with another person and have had no issues with holding up my clothes.

I had two primary issues during my experience. One of them was communication and transparency around delays and receiving my new closet. The second issue was that one of the pieces to build a closet wasn’t properly sanded and caused the gold coating on one of the pipes to be scraped. I would encourage the company to work on better customer communication and quality control.

Great products. Had a small issue but their customer service followed through and replaced those products free and fast!

The wall mounted closet system is high quality, was easy to install, hasn’t scratched. There was a slight delay with delivery, so they sent a complimentary order of the clothes hangers, which was appreciated.

The quality and aesthetics of the material is great. It was out of stock for a while but they were prompt to let me know as it arrived.

Pamo makes closet systems that are simple, strong, and beautifully designed. The quality feels solid and the proportions are thoughtful. Everything looks intentional and streamlined, not bulky or overbuilt. It is a great choice if you want storage that feels architectural and elevated while still being highly functional. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent communication with Pamo, all of the floor-standing wall-mounted hanging racks came as described and were easy to set up and install.

Our closet was perfect. It was an open closet and people would always comment on how good it looks easy to put together too

It took 3-4 follow ups for me to get my order delivered for my son. In addition, it took 2 months for me to get my delivery for a bunch of metals and poles. Marketing shows you that cabinet comes with the poles, it doesn’t. Very misleading marketing and no disclaimer. Not worth it. One purchase I regret.

This coat rack was exactly what we wanted aesthetic-wise but is a low-quality product. The threading/connections are really poor and the pieces were just spinning together and not locking in. We attached it to the wall but it was immediately bending as soon as we hung a few coats on it. Unfortunately we're just waiting with baited breath for it to come out of the wall.

Solid company! We absolutely love our closet shelving unit and will likely be a repeat customer for additional closets.
