Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear that this was your experience. I completely understand how frustrating it is when parts seem to be missing and things take longer than expected.

I’ve double-checked your case to make sure we can get this sorted for you. We sent exactly the parts that were marked as missing in the manual you shared with us. When you let us know that these weren’t the correct ones, we reached out again to clarify which pieces you actually needed. But we unfortunately never received a reply. Without that information, we can't figure out a solution.

If you could let me know which parts you’re still missing, I’ll be more than happy to get the correct replacements sent out to you right away. We’re here to help and will make sure this gets resolved for you.

When we first received your message, we still needed to clarify which exact parts were missing, as this wasn’t fully clear in the initial note. Once we had the details from you, we sent the replacement parts out right away. From our side, everything should now be resolved, and we hope you’re able to enjoy your rack as intended.

I’m really sorry to hear that your rack felt unstable after assembly — that’s of course not how it should be. Our racks are normally very sturdy when everything is tightened and set up as intended, and we’ve already emailed you a few tips that usually solve this right away. In most cases, it’s small details like connections that aren’t fully tightened yet.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m truly sorry for the frustration this situation has caused you. Especially with the delays affecting your business plans.

Your order was shipped out, but UPS wasn’t able to deliver it because the delivery address was a business location and was marked as closed during two delivery attempts. Unfortunately, the package was returned to us as a result. I’m really sorry that this wasn’t communicated clearly to you. You absolutely deserved a smoother experience and quicker answers from us.

We’ve already reached out to you directly and would love to get this resolved for you right away. We can resend your order to an address where someone can receive it during UPS delivery hours, or arrange a full refund. Whatever works best for you.
