Sized as described, excellent quality (though not as flexible as I expected) , I would buy from them again, but I only have one head.

Size, shape and quality absolutely OK, hat has been packed and shipped within one month from order, I´ve been kept informed about progress, thanks.

This is the best hat I've ever had. I did a special order, and Casey handled it personally. He was responsive both by email and phone. The hat arrived on time, when he said it would. I highly recommend his company.

I have ordered 2 hats now (from Australia), about 2 years apart, and they have been great quality, and arrived in perfect condition. The only problem I have had is ascertaining the correct hat size to order - unfortunately both times I got it wrong, and I wish they would put the hat size inside the hat, so that next time I would know what size the previous hat was, and scale up/down from there.

The hat is wonderful. The customer service from Panama Hats Direct was excellent. At each step going through the process, they emailed me pictures of the work in progress. I am delighted with the hat.

My only suggestion would be to send the requests for a review AFTER the hat has been delivered - and not a couple of weeks before it arrives.

Fair deal. Have to wear out hat before I order another one. The Hat is not water prof . If wet has to be reblocked. Any idea how to water prof hat??

40 days to receive my order with an USA adress, instead of 15 days delay announced in the website. I hoped receive the hat while i am in the US for holidays ( 23 days), but not, I must pay 40 USD more to send the hat to France, with the help of my sister who live in USA.

Best customer service I have had anywhere. The owner spent 20 minutes on the phone helping me making suggestions and helping to pick the best hat. The finished product is super. Cannot over emphasize the personal nature of the help I received. Definitely the best of the best.

Status of the production of my hats and shipping details have always been advised and arrival here in New Zealand eagerly awaited.

In terms of this order - it was all good. The thing I couldn't figure out was how to change a hatband. Would have liked to have the flexibility to have one or two others, but it seemed to be too difficult and potentially destructive to remove and install another.

I have ordered from them several times and they do a really good job. They even helped me track a package I couldn't find one time. I would recommend them to a friend.

I'm happy to give 4 Stars for the hat I ordered my Father for his Birthday In March. There was a follow up email after shipment to let me know it was on the way and another to make sure it arrived. Great Customer Service.

The hat I bought filed a long-held wish to have such a hat. Ordering from and dealing with Panama Hats was a more than pleasant experience. They provided a way of getting my size right, the website has excellent images of designs and gives good descriptions. Following my order, they sent emails to let me know where they are up to in the making. After receiving the hat (in good condition) I had follow up questions which were dealt with personally, very promptly, and politely. If there were six stars, I'd give them.

Panama Hats Direct is a very responsive, helpful and their product is phenomenal. Although I inadvertently gave them the wrong size the hat was beautiful and I decided to keep it and give it to my brother. My husband's hat is also very attractive and he loves it. Panama Hats Direct is without question, a superior source for genuine Panama Hats. I have, in the past, purchased a Panama Hat from a local retailer. I received a sub-fino, Cuenca hat that did not fit perfectly. The cost was equal to what Panama Hats Direct charges for a custom made fino, Montechristo hat.
