Colour doesn't match
Picture on the website is very bright and the off-white kurta looks light in colour closer to white - actual kurta is a noticeably darker and does not look the same.
For such a light colour the colour variation is very noticeable.

Great quality and service
I’ve ordered multiple times from here over the years. They usually do a great job and are accommodating and have good communication. Since they have a lot of tailors sometimes measurements are off when I request custom measurements. But they add attachments and built in cancan when I ask, and they reach out via whatsapp to confirm details. And the quality of the fabric and materials are amazing. My outfits have been worn multiple times and still very good condition. I always recommend to use Panash. They also have quick times to ship out and they use reliable courier services.

I received the lehenga and it is absolutely beautiful—just like in the pictures! The color and material are exactly as shown, with no surprises. What impressed me the most was the timely delivery; despite it being an international shipment, it arrived right on the promised date. Excellent customer service throughout the process. Highly recommended!

This is my first time ordering from Panashindia and I am so glad I did! My suit came on time and it was customized perfectly. It looks exactly like the picture and the color is stunning! I ordered it for an engagement party and everyone was asking where I got it from. I will definitely be ordering more from them and highly recommend if anyone is looking for suits.

Great site to order your outfits….the fitting of the ready made one was spot…on, the quality of the clothes is great…from ordering to delivery was all done in I think just under 3 weeks, however, on the dupatta just one hassle came off which I managed to stitch back on I have ordered from Panash before and that is why I didn’t hesitate to order, and I hope the embroidery or tassels will not fall off on any future orders…so overall I’m really happy and I would definitely order from them again and highly recommend them 😊♥️

5 out of 5 stars! They have never failed me. The clothes fit correctly every time, and to my specifications. They are very timely. I appreciate being given a rough idea about how much time it will take before it can be shipped, so if I do not start shopping far in advance of an event, I know to look for ones that fit my timeline. Plus, the shipping was fast! This company uses reliable shipping services, unlike others I have used. The embroidery work is beautiful, the colors do not bleed, and they use soft material that feels good to the skin. Thank you for making several occasions even more special! I highly recommend this company!

I ordered an outfit for my sister-in-law
I ordered an outfit for my sister-in-law and I had to change the size. I was able to do that via whatsapp and they handled it well. Delivery was neat and yet fast and everything was very nicely packed and the quality of the clothing is also nice. I orderd the yellow handwork embroidered top bottom set for the mehndi function. It looks nice

Good item, good communication, happy!
As I ordered from the UK, I allowed sufficient time for the order to be stitched and sent. I am really happy with the order I received. Needs a few minor alterations from a local tailor to me, but that is to be expected. Otherwise rally good made to measure custom stitching service. Their WhatsApp messaging facility enabled me to give them as detailed measurements as possible and ask any questions I needed to know beforehand. They were quick and responsive with my questions and escalated when required. I would use them again.

We have ordered from Panash India several times in the past and have had an overall good experience. There were times when the product description itself was not clear but we could contact them via email to clarify Before we went ahead with purchasing. Most sites have WhatsApp to reply faster. That is something I hope Panash India can utilize.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Item that I ordered was late and did not fit even after speaking to customer service about measurements. The web site lists that items may be returned however, I was told that I needed to pay for return shipping and that I would not be refunded for a Saree that did not fit me. Worst customer service that I have ever experienced.
