Friendly staff and excellent service
A ferile thug in the area hurled a brick through my front window. P&P came round and measured up that same day and I had a new custom toughened glass replacement double glazed window fitted expertly just a few days later. Friendly staff, reasonable prices and easy to communicate with. When I get round to upgrading my doors and windows I'll definitely be going back to them. Highly recommended!

Great Company
Great people to do business with. New back door supplied and fitted in no time at all. Door fitters worked very efficiently and cleared all the area as they were going along. Would not hesitate to use this company again. Lovely style door at a very competetive price.

Poor Customer Service
I have used this company before and was very happy with the service I received. However having just purchased a new window and having it installed yesterday I have to say that their service has significantly reduced.
The window installation was completed and after inspecting it my wife very quickly spotted that they had put the wrong handles on and had forgotten to put the bottom trim on. I spoke with the installer who told me that he would speak to the office who would contact me the same day.
Having received no telephone call I rang them back the next day and was told by a female that I should have received a call and she would call me back in 2 minutes. 45 minutes later I still hadn’t heard back and had to call them back and was informed that their office was undermanned (not my issue) and were very busy. Eventually issue was resolved but P&P need to improve their customer service considerably before I will use them in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear about your recent experience and appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention.
We’d like to clarify that our fitter did not inform the office of the problems with your installation until the following day. Once we were made aware, my colleague who answered your call was actively trying to reach a technician to attend to your property and resolve the concerns you raised. Unfortunately, the technician was on another job and returned the missed call shortly after. Just as my colleague was about to call you back, you rang the office again.
We’re glad we were able to send someone out within half an hour to replace the handles and fit the missing trim. However, we understand that the delay and communication gaps were frustrating, and we sincerely apologise for that.
Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we’re committed to improving both our customer service and overall service delivery. Thank you again for your honesty and for giving us the opportunity to make things right.
