My order was reported as damaged by the shipping carrier 20 days ago and has not been delivered. Despite this, I have not received a refund or any resolution. Only excuses.

I submitted my return on March 26th and have not received my store credit. I'd love to be able to order the other size that I wanted but I have not been issued a return and it's been over 2 weeks.

Købte ind i branderts filosofi om at købe mindre og bedre. Investerede i en “Flower-Warmth Recycled Nylon Puffer”, men opdagede først senere at jakken ikke kan renses og kun tåler rengøring med klud.
Det er i mine øgne det modsatte af bæredygtigt for det forkorter frakkens levetid at den ikke kan renses. Jeg har skrevet til Pangaia for at høre om der vitterligt ikke var andre tilbud fra deres side o forhold til rens og vedligeholdelse, men fik ikke noget svar. Skriver her fordi jeg håber anmeldelsen når de rette og Pangaia kan forbedre deres produkters livscyklus så det matcher brandens sympatiske ambitioner.

I have bought Pangaia to my sister back in 2020. Easy smooth process. In january this year 2025 decided to make an order for myself. My order has never been expedited and sent. Its becoming concerning. My order number 792914 that was already one time change as some error in warehouse.

This is my order number. I’ve been trying to get a response for the past 3 days, but no one has replied after confirming that a refund would be issued to my bank account.
I never received the package I ordered on the 26th of February. Pagania investigated and confirmed that the courier company could not locate the parcel. Pagania’s customer service, in the email chain, confirmed a replacement would be sent on the 7th of March. I waited for a week with no confirmation, and every time I followed up, I was only given the previous tracking number with no new update.
After a month of waiting since my original order, I asked to cancel the order and issue a refund. You confirmed this in writing, but it has now been 4 days with no response, despite my repeated follow-ups.
The stress you are causing me by making me chase this every day is unacceptable. I want someone to respond to my enquiry and issue the refund as soon as possible.
This is my sixth time buying from Pagania – I love the quality of your products, but the customer service this time has been extremely disappointing.

Product not delivered and was just cancelled after a month of waiting. Very poor customer service and does not reply promptly. They sent the same email every time. Very bad experience from them.

Awful! Will never order again.
Placed an order 29th of January. As of 8th of March still did not receive my order in full correctly. 3 times Pangaia sent me wrong size and colour of the shorts, arranged pick up after complaining to customer service, waited for those shorts to arrive to their warehouse, be checked if they they were not worn and then receive again exactly same shorts. After hours of complaining to customer service they have now started investigation and just disappeared.

I don't like to do this because I know Pangaia has great values behind it and that it's a small company. I will also say that the material on the product I received seems like really good quality, so that's something.
I would also say though that the experience has been a mixed bag, and something that's been dragging on for over two months. I ordered a black puffer coat on sale, the wrong item arrived. I sent this back, to then receive the right item. Unfortunately this item was a bit too big so I had to send this back too. Unfortunately, the smaller size in the colour I wanted didn't become available for a good two weeks or more, so I opted for a colour that I wanted less in the end. I have the item now, but still waiting on a refund from the original order I placed. It has been over 19 working days (when it's meant to be up to 10 working days upon receipt of a returned item) because I think they forgot to process the refund in time. It's a little frustrating given the price point and the process not being seamless from the beginning. I hope that the company sorts out its issues. I feel like there might be more emphasis on growth/growth marketing (I found out about them through targeted ads) than refining operations and processes?

Amazing experience! I bought a jacket that I absolutely loved, but unfortunately, I accidentally ripped it with the zipper, which was a bit sharper than usual. I reached out just to get some advice on how to fix it, as I had been searching for a nice, sustainable jacket for months and i wanted to keep it. To my surprise, they were incredibly kind and offered me an exchange! I’m so happy with their customer service and truly appreciate their support. Highly recommend! 😊

Very Poor Service:
I placed an order with this company 10 days ago, and they kept promising that it would ship “tomorrow,” yet it never did. Every time I followed up, I received the same excuse. After repeated delays and no shipment, I had to request a refund. This kind of dishonesty and lack of reliability is unacceptable. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient service.

Excellent communication and customer service! I experienced an issue with one of the items I purchased and Pangaia immediately sent out a product replacement. My experienece of dealing with one of their staff members was without fault. Highly recommend Pangaia both for its clothes as well as customer service!

The worst online shopping experience, after several weeks of hearing nothing I chased, then only received half the order.
A few weeks later I chased about the missing item only to be told it was out of stock.
So frustrating.
I wouldn’t bother buying online from them less you’re willing to chase!

I placed an order, they took my 111 pounds and have gone completely quiet! No update on delivery, no confirmation on processing it or ANY form of acceptable response. Honestly their customer support is even more useless, with no help whatsoever.
I have asked for a refund or update on delivery and customer support have just gone completely quiet and ignored my emails.
Stay away and save your money for a trustworthy company.

I returned my order end of December and it arrived on 28th of December- still waiting for my refund (170€)
I contacted the customer service twice- this is unacceptable!
