My order was reported as damaged by the shipping carrier 20 days ago and has not been delivered. Despite this, I have not received a refund or any resolution. Only excuses.

I have placed an order more than one month ago and did not receive it till now! i’ve also been sending emails and they are reply with the same repsonse everytime that they are contacing the shipping partner and it is on the way. also, after one month of waiting I asked to return my money back and they said it is not possible! this is so unacceptable

Not surprised to see so many negative reviews for this awful company. Possibly the worst customer service i have ever dealt with. I had a problem with the return shipping label they provided me, as DHL did not recognise the Waybill generated. I emailed them 10 days before I was leaving the country to try rectify this problem. Not only do you have to send email after email just to get a reply, the first 5 days were just automated responses where the person replying hadn’t even bothered to read my email. They kept sending me links to DHL to book my collection instead of actually reading the email to understand that was not the problem, and that it was my airway bill number that was not recognised, and I therefore wasn’t allowed to book a collection. I even sent screenshots showing them it was invalid …..3 times. Cause the other times they didn’t bother to open it. It has now been 10 days, they still haven’t replied to me, they just replied once to say someone would look into it and that they understood the urgency of the situation. Obviously not…..cause 10 days have passed and I have now left the country…..of course they haven’t messaged me or replied. I will never ever shop with this company again, and honestly do not recommend anyone else does unless you want to get scammed or basically talk to a robot on the other end who couldn’t care less to help you.

Im at a loss for words. They sent me the wrong item not once but TWICE and now the second time they claim that they indeed sent me the right item (spoiler, they haven’t because it’s not what I ordered). I don’t know what is going on with their operations but this is outrageous (considering they claim to be sustainable, they will basically pollute 4 times for one single order because of their own mistake)
EDIT: the issue hasn’t been resolved, I had to accept the incorrect item as they are low on stock on the correct one and can’t assure they can send me one after I return the wrong one.

Some initial difficulty with sales items, but eventually resolved and with a speedy delivery and sales process. Love the jacket!

Pangaia is suppose to send orders in EU directly without the need for customs. Packages are stoped by customs and demand that you provide all your details and agree to pay customs fees. The Pangaia support does nothing for 3 weeks. They also do not want to refund money. It's a very poor customer service. I do not recommend you purchasing from them if you are in EU / Spain.

Excellent quality and service! I sent an email for an exchange and I got a reply immediately. I was able to proceed with the exchange within a few minutes. Very easy process.

I have three tracksuits from Pangaia (2 midweight, 1 heavyweight) and I absolutely love them. They feel like pure luxury, as well as the shape and size fitting really well. I had a minor issue with one of the tracksuits and Alex was so helpful and it was resolved straight away.

I was really amazed by Pangaia customer servise. There were missing items in my order, I contacted their customer support and they solved it immediately, they offered me a replacement and sent me missing products. Thank you Pangaia

I had a terrible experience with Pangaia’s refund process and customer support. My return was delivered to their warehouse on 30 December 2024, but I was repeatedly misled about the refund timeline. Their policy states 5-10 working days, yet after waiting the full period, I was told to wait another 5-10 working days—which is completely unacceptable.
The issue started when UPS Kuwait refused to accept my return because Pangaia failed to provide a commercial invoice. This caused unnecessary delays and led to the return period expiring while I was stuck trying to resolve the issue. I repeatedly begged Pangaia to extend my return period and issue the correct commercial invoice. They sent me the wrong invoice twice, and only on the third attempt did they finally provide the correct one.
Despite all these complications caused by Pangaia’s poor handling, their customer support was slow, unhelpful, and lacked urgency. No real effort was made to resolve my issue quickly, and I had to keep following up. Escalating to management didn’t help either.
I expected much better service from a brand like Pangaia, but this experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and unprofessional. If you ever need to return an item, be prepared for a long and stressful process. I will not be shopping with them again and strongly advise others to reconsider before purchasing.

Eccellente esperienza, spedizione veloce, reso abbastanza semplice e rimborso immediato alla spedizione del pacco.
Purtroppo diversi articoli mi erano piccoli, ho tenuto un top che mi piace molto ed è abbastanza comodo

20 days ago, I returned my order #EU181338, but no refund has been issued to date. They keep asking me to wait longer, even though I need the funds before the Christmas holiday. Very bad experience with the returns. I dont recommend this store.
After reviewing other complaints, it seems this store is fine as long as you don’t need to return anything. Otherwise, you’ll end up wasting time chasing your money. I regret not checking the complaints before placing my order, big mistake on my part.
