I attended a full-day assessment day in January. The Pareto team as a whole ran the day seamlessly and it was an enjoyable experience. Special shout out to Oli Sercombe who was my graduate manager and supported me throughout the process from my first screening interview through to a job offer - I couldn’t have done it without his guidance in preparing for the assessment day. Thanks Oli!

I had been successful in the assessment day and everyone was super helpful and accommodating or rather just appearing to be.

I had been in contact with Levi Scothern and Max Winterton. Levi got me an interview with Aalco and I was told by my interviewer that he thought it went well and when I asked if they had any reservations about me as a candidate they advised me that it would sent back to Pareto to let me know what their feedback was. Max was unresponsive when I had asked him for help with the uploading of my documents as I have recently moved across the country so only had scanned copies when it was asking for a photo to be taken. I have called and emailed several times and cannot seem to get through. After this I was called by two separate advisors one was called Ollie and I cannot recall the name of the other lady I had spoke to. They called to ask me about a role in Leicester. To which I responded that the commute is over 2 hours so it would not be suitable. I then raised the fact that I had no response and I was told that there would be a message left for Levi. Having called Aalco they delivered the feedback directly to me and advised that it is something that pareto themselves should be doing.

I'm really disappointed that I appeared to have wasted my time and that Pareto seemed like a trustworthy and forth coming company.

Please consider training the staff to complete follow up and managing their workloads as clearly they cannot seem to handle a telephone call or a courtesy email to say sorry you have not been successful that would be more appropriate than ghosting individuals that wasted 4 hours in an assessment day. I am surprised that there is this much room for incompetency at such a large company, from reading the rest of the reviews many have experienced the same and I am astounded at the lack of professionalism.

I was contacted by Hannah Rosenberg and was given guidance and support throughout the whole process as needed, so it didn't feel like I was going in blind into the assessment day. Her consistency to make sure I knew exactly what I needed to going into it as well as any further information in regards to the role helped me feel comfortable and looking forward to the day ahead. Which helped to me to walk away with a job! Thanks again Hannah!!

Great experience with Pareto from the start! I was contacted by Oli who was amazing throughout the process. He was very well informed on the position available and what I could do to get it. From touching-up my CV to interview advice. He never left me with questions I needed answering and consistently checked in with me in the build-up to their assessment day to ensure I felt prepared. 5 Stars for Oli!
The assessment day itself was well-run and informative. Of course, these things can be uncomfortable but the team - including Sarah, Lauren, Andy and Saz - made sure the day ran smoothly and made me feel welcome and more at-ease.
I am now employed due to the assessment day by a company I'm very happy to be with and I am continuing my relationship with Pareto via their apprenticeship course (Level 3 IT sales). So far, this has been great and I can wait to get more stuck into it!

The day was a wonderful and enriching experience! The support and guidance from Hannah Rosenberg was phenomenal and I am really grateful for it! From the start, the information about the day and the task/pitch was clear and precise! I was shown what to prepare and how to be successful throughout the day, so you won’t be thrown into the deep end without any help! The actual day went really well, the atmosphere was exciting and challenging in the best way possible. It’s competency based, so you should be yourself, but also come prepared to sell why you would do well in B2B sales! I cannot praise the help enough!! Overall a really good experience, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to kick start their career and put themselves out there.

Barbara was very welcoming and easy to talk to, she assisted me in getting ready for the assessment day and was an all-round great help to me during this process!

Louis was professional and insightful throughout the process and mentored me in the skills I needed to progress. He is a real asset and ambassador for Pareto and I cannot recommend him highly enough! Any potential candidate would be lucky to have the opportunity to work with him - he deserves a raise.

I have been working with Oli throughout the application process at Pareto, and he has been both supportive and encouraging from the start. Without Oli, I would've been lost as to what was going on and how to prepare, I can't thank him enough!

Working with my graduate manager Oli was very insightful and empowering! He prepared me incredibly well for the Assessment Day, and my confidence in my B2B sales skills and competencies grew with every step. I am grateful for the opportunity I was given, and I enjoyed meeting several of Pareto's staff and clients. It's safe to say that the success at Assessment Day laid a strong groundwork for the next steps in my career.

P.S.: Apparently not many candidates follow the prompt to sing - so getting an audience to join me in a gospel song was one of my undisputable highlights of the day ;)

Very well organised, I had Lottie guide me through the whole process from start to finish. She was very supportive and managed to land me an amazing next opportunity!

My experience with Pareto was great! Tom who led me through the process informed me of every step with every bit of detail which allowed me to prepare adequately. The assessment day in itself is pretty intense although you have a good chance to put your best foot forward. All other staff members like Rebecca and Hannah were also extremely helpful and everyone positive to work with.

After months of unsuccessfully applying to various recruitment companies, Pareto got back to me and offered me to do their assessment centre. The assessment centre was a brilliant experience and I was lucky enough to get through. After 2 months of personal struggle, my Client Success Manager Ben reached out to me telling me of opportunities available. Over the next 2 weeks, we both worked very hard to get me a good graduate role and I ended up getting exactly the role I wanted. None of this would have been possible if it weren't for the opportunities Pareto provided me and for the stellar service that my Client Success Manager Ben gave me. I have nothing but great things to say about Pareto and my experiences there and I can say that it is by far the best recruitment company that I've worked with. The opportunities they provide can truly be life changing.

Louis and Josh made me feel very confident going into the assessment day. Anytime I needed to reach out they were always very quick to replying with information and knowledge I needed to help me prepare. 10/10 on everything!

I found the job advert on LinkedIn, later that day I was reached out to by Louis for an initial call. Subsequent further calls with both Louis and Saz were had, allowing me to head into the assessment day full of confidence and aware of what was required. I was successfully placed after the assessment day at the Pareto HQ, which is a very enjoyable and valuable day in itself. Further, I have since referred a colleague whom has also successfully been placed by Pareto. I would absolutely recommend Louis, Saz and Pareto as a whole to anyone looking for that next step in their career.

Everyone at Pareto was very friendly and the day assessment day was hugely informative. Unique and enlightening process and a nice way to meet people and showcase skills.

I haven’t used a recruitment agency before for support when it came to finding a job however, I’ve felt incredibly lucky finding Pareto.

I received regular calls from Alex who provided advice on how to go about interviews and she helped me feel really prepared for my assessment day.

Couldn’t really ask for anything more.
