The interview process was good, the HR manager was lovely and gave me a good insight of what I was looking for, she was nice and answered all my questions. I got offered the job today and am really looking forward to starting with the company.

I joined the company two months ago I’ve never had any sales experience before I worked as an accountant assistant.Since I came into the company I’ve had a huge support system although the hours and experience has been intense it has great benefits which has allowed me to progress into a stage of leadership.

Being a part of sage has really given a massive growth in terms of my progression over the last few months. The ability to work with different people, being able to coach and mentor them is something that I’m very passionate about. I’ve had to opportunity to work closely with the team that takes pride in what they do and delivers a high standard of performance.

Very intriguing management experience. A lot of very intuitive and innovative people. Really grew around amazing people. Definitely recommend.

Worst interview i have had in my life. Avoid at all costs. person conducting the interview swore within there first sentence and dodged all questions that i asked about the company. Very rude and unprofessional.

Basically a “Scam Company”. Making you work hours from 9:30-8pm knocking on doors all day which is not as advertised in the job role. Originally continued because of base pay but ended up not even being paid correctly. Horrible Work-life balance and trainers are also just as delusional and scamming. Mainly just push you to make sells which genuinely ruins your mental health and tires you out walking from those hours. Have to pay for transport on the job and food to not even get paid correctly. Absolute set up and has people doing hard labour for no base pay. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I was really excited about the "Marketing Assistant" title, but it didn't take long to realize this is essentially a "Devil Corp" setup designed to burn through grads. The interview process is extremely vague, promising fast-track management and corporate training, but the reality is just grueling door-to-door or "event" sales in supermarkets for 10-12 hours a day with zero base pay. It's a high-pressure, cult-like environment where they use "morning atmosphere" meetings to keep you from questioning the fact that you aren't actually making any money. If you’re looking for a professional marketing career with a salary and a life outside of work, please look elsewhere and don't get sucked into the "opportunity" pitch.
