Two problems were quickly resolved
I ordered a week ago and the next day they sent an email to say it’s on its way - but since then no delivery, no eta, nothing. Nebicorum says I can track it on the Shop app but that is the most useless app in history; it just wants to sell me more stuff. Nebicorum should take responsibility for keeping their customers informed and not palm it off on a useless app that fails to do that job
UPDATE: Nebicorum responded swiftly to this post and I was able to find the delivery hidden under the dust sheet of a decorator working for my neighbour. I then found that I had ordered slightly the wrong item and that has been put right, again very promptly. Full credit to Nebicorum for rapidly sorting out both problems so I've amended the star rating from one to four.

I’ve used Neboricum three times now. Each of the orders were dealt with quickly and efficiently - no fuss.
Also the delivery service was fast and trouble free. I mention this because we often have problems with couriers who “can’t find the address”!
Would recommend this company any time.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Order initially went wrong and I never received it because of courier company but they resent it immediately with Royal Mail top customer service. I got my order then happy and will use again. I’d specify to deliver with RM they are more reliable.

Twenty miles away but the package went all the way to Redditech and then Reading, sorry this isn't saving the environment.

We sent your parcel via UPS and according to the tracking, your order went to their local depot in Weybridge, then via Reading to you. I understand your concern that this is not a direct route and therefore an unnecessary waste of resources, fuel etc., but they route deliveries in the most efficient way to minimise the amount of fuel used per parcel. We dispatched your order with a courier on the same day that you ordered it (Friday), for delivery on the next working day (Monday), as per our shipping policy. Unfortunately the courier did not deliver your parcel on Monday, for which we apologise. We hope you understand that we did everything to fulfil your order but the delivery is unfortunately out of our control as we are reliant on the courier. Please rest assured we will refund your delivery charge and hope that you will still have faith in our company.
