Don't buy from them
In one of the answers here the entity stated that the extra payment is for "personalized service". Well, there's no such. By mistake I booked my tickets for the wrong month. I noticed this less than an hour after the purchase and immediately contacted the support. All I was offered was throwing my ticket to waste. No date change, no refund, they weren't able to even offer a different venue or smth. Seriously? We live in 2024, where any legit transaction can be cancelled. They merely stole 50 Euro from me. Avoid!

Very nice park and well reserved exhibits
The park was really beautiful and everything seemed to be very well cared of. Either the plants or the exhibits.
The park was busy, but not overcrowded, which made my experience pleasant

Overrated & Overwhelming
So many people and the restrictions of which ways to walk was very inconvenient.. employees were not friendly, bathrooms were not clean and not supplied properly, school beside was noisy.. don’t think I’ll be visiting again !

Scam company
Scam company, their webpage appears in Google before the official ones, and you get to pay the entrances to the different attractions about 60% more expensive. They just get your data and buy the tickets cheaper for you. I am going to report them.

Tickets took a while to come through
Tickets took a while to come through. Thought this was the official website but it’s not. Buy park guell tickets through the official website. They overcharged us by a lot (total should have been 20 euro but we got charged 32).

On the other hand, the tickets that we provide are 100% official as we get them from the official box office, and in no case, we are trying to scam or mislead.

They bill 76 euros for two tickets for the sagrada familia while it costs 52 euros at the official website... So 24 for so called "personalized service"... (Which is filling in the form at the official website)
You do the same effort filling in their form as when you would buy it directly at the sagrada familia.

They charged a €24 commission for 2 tickets to La Sagrada Familia. Buy directly from the attraction website and save your money.

SCAM
SCAM - overcharged 16 euros instead of 10 for a ticket and charged for 2 tickets in separate transactions, but I only purchased one.
Their customer service team doesn't exist - chatbox doesn't work and help pages go in circles, telling you to contact "Customer Service" but there is no email or number to contact.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs! Predatory third party website selling tickets for Barcelona attractions at a significant markup. For park guell tickets sold at €16 rather than €10 which is a 160% markup. They do not offer exchanges or refunds based on the small print terms and conditions on the website.

Also, changes in visiting hours or type of tickets are very restricted and we are unable to make changes or cancellations. We are currently working to find a solution to this problem.

Sin embargo, nos gustaría detallar que nuestros T&C, que sugerimos que sean leídos por el usuario antes de finalizar la compra, establecen el funcionamiento de nuestras tarifas.
El servicio que se ofrece no es la venta o reventa de entradas para Park Güell, sino que consiste en su adquisición mediante el correspondiente mandato voluntario, expreso, especial y remunerado del usuario.

avoid at all costs. They just flip 10 euro tickets for 16 euros. The tickets are also non refundable.
