Je n'ai jamais reçu mes billets, il a fallu les menacer pour qu'ils répondent vaguement, aucun numéro de téléphone pour les joindre, SAV inexistant, tchatbot inutile et mails sans réponse... ils n'ont jamais voulu me renvoyer mes billets ou me donner un numéro de commande valide... J'ai été obligée de repayer des billets ailleurs (140€) ! En plus ils sont plus chers que le site officiel... Une arnaque. Je compte porter plainte !

Nous avons vérifié à nouveau votre dossier et vous avons informé que les billets que vous aviez achetés étaient pour la Sagrada Familia et non pour le Park Güell. De même, toute l'assistance possible vous a été fournie au moment où vous nous avez contactés. Comme vous l'avez fait à l'époque, vous pouvez nous contacter à nouveau pour répondre à vos questions.

16 Euro for Tickets that state 10 Euros.
This company do not offer customer support as they claim- it is a chatbot that sends you to a list of complaints.
They charge 16 Euros for 10 Euros tickets.
Their customer support email is invalid, it bounces back as an invalid email.
Nothing short of a scam website, be very careful.

However, we would like to point out that we advertise at the bottom of our website and in our T&Cs that we are not affiliated with government entities and that we are not the official box office. On the other hand, the tickets we provide are 100% official as we obtain them from the official box office, and in no case are we trying to scam or cheat.
On the other hand, we would like to detail that our T&C, which we suggest to be read by the user before finalizing the purchase, establish the operation of our rates.
The service offered is not the sale or resale of tickets for Park Güell, but consists of their acquisition through the corresponding voluntary, express, special and remunerated mandate of the user. The difference between the official price and ours is based on the added value we provide, which is mainly based on the provision of a personalized service throughout the process, the correction of errors in its processing and specific customer service.

Don’t use it
It’s a scam. They make like they are the official website using unethical user experience. And then they charge 16€ for a 10€ ticket.
I realised minutes later after paying, asked for a cancellation and refund but they denied it.
Don’t use it! Go to the official Park Güell site, same experience and 60% cheaper!

Please be aware of this company
Please be aware of this company. I was not aware that is was a sponsored website and not the original Parc Guell. The website is very professional and the purchase of tickets went fine - however you NOT RECEIVE THE TICKETS ! I received 16 emails that my tickets were “in progress, thanks for understanding”.
Additionally the cost per ticket is 16 euros, where as it is 10 euros on the official website. That’s 60 % more - and for what ? Tried to contact the company- it was not possible to speak to a person. I wold not go so far as to say this is scam company, but it is close. I can absolutely not recommend this company.
