They did a great job getting our order to us in a timely manner. The problem we had was they don’t send anyone to measure what you need to order. Because of this, we had to do two extra orders which cost our business a bigger expense than expected.

Delivery logistics are difficult
Pricing and order placement are fairly good. Actual payment process introduces confusion regarding fulfillment. Past couple of orders have utilized R&L Carriers, who are horrible about logistics communications.

The Customer Service was way above the norm. It took us forever to decide where we were going and the service team pursevered. After delivery we had one small issue the rectified immediately. Quality of the product was better than anticipated. The folks at Partition King sell qulaity and it is backed up with exceptional service.

Lousy service
Received an estimate right away. Decent price and promised quick delivery. Paid for partition and now after 2 weeks, i still do t have so much as a tracking number for a shipment. Customer service makes empty promises with no actual information.

After reviewing your order, it appears that we received your check via the mail and processed your order on 5/19; we then emailed an expected ship date of 5/22 to you on 5/20. We are aware that at this point your order has been delayed. Please note that our manufacturer had an extended closure last weekend due to the Memorial day holiday and they are working to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused. We strive to provide quick and accurate lead times for our customers and are deeply apologetic that this delay has occurred.

There was no problems at all. They made everything simple the engineering drawings and everything else they done for you and that is hard to find an accompany to do for you these days.
