1st purchase of a Mini
This was my 1st purchase of a Mini and I wanted to buy from a main dealer. Ricky came out and greeted me whilst I was looking at the cars on the forecourt, he was friendly, informative and helped me find my perfect car. The whole process was seamless and professional without feeling pressured at any point. Would highly recommend Ricky and the whole team ⭐️

We came to mini last week to just to have a look at a potential new car for the wife, and we were welcomed like we were a friend of the family by Ricky lopes, great customer service we will be back to buy in the future, when the wife makes her mind up.

Great experience
Great experience. Ben went through everything with us, very comprehensive and a lovely guy. We had a lovely test drive and very helpful team when we got back with prices and next steps. 100% recommend!

New experience at Partridge Mini
Met Shaun yesterday after seeing a mini on their website. Had a test drive and then spent a very pleasant hour with Shaun who was courteous and knowledgable. Never again. This was my second brand new car from…
This was my second brand new car from this place. Got damaged twice whilst being serviced. Second time they refused to take responsibility for the damage. I got passed from pillar to post and eventually gave up. I decided to take my money else where.

I have been buying my car from Mini Partridge Hampshire for many years now and have also dealt with many car dealers for over 20 years. I can honestly say that Ricky Lopes is one of the hardest working, honest and reliable sales experts i've ever encountered. Main dealers but honesty Ricky Lopez at partridges of Hampshire mini has given us the most outstanding service we have ever had. So informative and not pushy and doing what’s best for us the customer. Plus a really likeable guy that kept us informed of our car buying process at every step. So I would highly recommend Ricky his team. His colleagues were friendly and helpful too. We could really see he worked hard to get us the perfect plate and definitely deserves a pay off and extra day off
