Not great
Not great, far too much back and forth with messages (5 hours in total) only to be able to get an appointment in 30 days time!!! - for a lump in my throat/neck that is progressing and has got very painful to swallow over the past few days. Hopefully my throat won't be completely closed in 30 days time and i'll still be able to swallow! Not impressed by the lengthy messaging back and forth AND then the lack of appointments available, especially for working people. It was easier when you could just phone the surgery.
