Very good and good response to query about health matter

Quick and easy to sort out my query and wish it was like this every time I requested mediation.

My GP surgery uses a system called Animal which I was initially sceptical about initially but as soon as you get to use the system you will released that it’s an excellent system of communication with your GP surgery and getting responses back in a timely fashion as well as sick notes and any other investigation. I fully recommend the system to everyone and this has really proofed to be a good success to everyone.

No online appointments available, so requested a blood test via Anima. Had a call this morning from Lesley Devall at the practice, who managed to get my bloods booked half an hour after my Asthma review. Saved me 2 journeys on the bus to the practice.

Great advice from my Doctor, saved a visit.

The process is quick and easy to do online using the third party forms. My response came back same day.

Tiptree GP practice is amazing. Staff are very friendly & even when busy answering phone calls they don't make us feel rushed or unimportant once we get thu but take the time needed to resolve queries or questions when we talk to them. The online Anima system is really good. Put in a request - usually we get a reply within hours, often an appointment is available within a day or two, even same day sometimes! The Doctors, Nurses, reception staff & whoever else at the surgery are very much appreciated as a vital part of our community here in Tiptree!

This system enabled my healthcare provider to look at my complaint and healthcare concern most efficiently, reassuring and excellent service providing an answer and a script for medication literally immediately.
