Bonjour problème lors de la livraison erreur mauvaise basket arriver ou voler mais le service client à réagit très vite et m’a rembourser dommage car je voulais ma paire service mais 10 sur 10 pour le service client

Mijn pakket was afgeleverd volgens de track&trace, maar niks in de brievenbus, niet aangebeld en niks bij de buren afgegeven.

Contact opgenomen met Patta, Dahirah heeft me hierbij goed geholpen. Wat een fijn bedrijf is Patta!

In de tussentijd heb ik ook contact gehad met UPS, die me vertelde dat het pakket was afgegeven bij een ophaalpunt. Echt heel jammer dat de service van UPS dit niet direct meld in de track&trace.

Ondanks dat, fijn contact gehad met Dahirah in de tussentijd.

Made a order for the heart keyring and although I got a email to say it was shipped the order didn’t arrive which sucked as it was for a Valentine’s Day gift for me and my boo. Emailed customer support and massive shoutout to Yasmina for putting in the effort to make it right! So big up to you! Turned out after some emailing back and forth the item I ordered the warehouse crew manage to found some stock left so without hesitation I copped again plus grabbed another item. Been a patta fan for the past 10 years. So Mad love and thanks again!

I recive today a pakkage . It was incomplete . Contacting with email and we find a solution . I get a gift card. The help me very well.

Eerste keer dat ik wat besteld heb bij patta. Alleen doordat ik zelf niet goed had opgelet zou me pakketje wat later aankomen. Gelukkig heeft Dahirah contact met me opgenomen zodat ik het toch nog optijd kon ontvangen.

I had an issue regarding my package and the customer service went beyond what was expected and out of their way to rectify the issue. Patta is a great store and I will be definitely purchasing from them in the future.

Initially I thought this whole “gold tier access” thing was a scam, but I’m glad I was wrong. The love for PATTA started with the Air Max 1 collabs and has grown ever since. It’s nice to see a brand give their supporters some recognition.
