After my recent purchase had an issue with one of the items but the team at Patta resolved the issue immediately. Contact was great & made me feel like i was a valued customer. Great customer service & would definitely recommend them. Very happy with the service & will 100% be buying more items!

Had de Patta x Mephisto besteld en ook op tijd gekregen echter de doos was stoffig en kapot dus had daar een mail over gestuurd. Yasmina van Patta reageerde gelijk op de mail en bood me een x % als compensatie wat ik heel erg attent vond!
