I recently received a handcrafted leather backpack, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The quality is outstanding, and the unique design truly stands out. It was carefully packaged to ensure it arrived in perfect condition, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this brand!

Bought a leather backpack for my husband. He travels alot and has his ipad, cord, phone, airpods, etc. He loves his new backpack and is currently on a trip and says it fits his needs perfect! Would highly recommend Paul Richard products!

This is a Chinese company, very well set up. While you get something for your money, it is NOT hand made by a craftsman. Paul Richard is a fictitious character. The products are Chinese manufactured, sent from China and can be purchased on other sites for less than half the price. The products themselves are OK, but not worth the money charged. This organisation is very clever and it is made to look extremely professional by its marketing and email responses. If you have already purchased from PR, be comforted by the fact that you were only half ripped off. By the way, they are not closing down.

The advertisement implies this is a hand made bag from a craftsman, this is not the case. It is a bag made in China and shipped from China.

Great quality products, plan to buy more. The only complaint was shipping time but it was over Christmas holiday, so I will cut them some slack.

I thought I was buying hand crafted bags from a guy in North Carolina. Turns out they came straight from China. They are nice. Haven’t used them yet. The backstory was colorful and believable but If Paul Richards exists he should be ashamed that he has to lie and falsely present himself. Just say nice backpack from China. Or, its a three dollar bag and we charge one hundred dollars to ship it from across the world.

Still haven’t received the product I was asked to make a review online. I hope to get it soon, but it’s still in customs since it was made in China and it’s coming from China and they say it was all handmade here in the United States, even though it was made in China I ordered it at the beginning of December and it just cleared customs pretty awesome so they made it here in the United States and then sent it to China to get the branding put on it and then sent it back

I ordered 2 leather backpacks and they are absolutely beautiful. Extremely well made and elegantly designed. The shipping was prompt and packaging secure. Absolutely 5 stars.

Package was delivered to the wrong address. I emailed them about it and they made me go through uni uni to get "proof" that it wasn't delivered. I sent them proof from uni uni.

Now they've sent my case to their "logistics" team for review because I asked for a refund.

I'm pretty sure this website is a scam. Nothing is actually hand crafted or hand made. It's cheap China bags marked up a shit ton and rarely ever delivered because they don't use ups or FedEx. They use uni uni. The same as TikTok shops and temu and all the cheap China driven services.

"Paul Richard" looks like AI. Buyer beware.

Fake Chinese company

Purchased the rucksack handbag as a Christmas present for my wife. Shipping took awhile but the wait was worth it. My wife broke her back and has limited use of her legs. She needs a cane in each hand to walk leaving her with no capacity to carry anything. I’ve been looking for a backpack to match her elegance and style. Paul’s rucksack hit the bullseye!! Being a leather worker myself, when it arrived I closely inspected the stitching, construction, and design…truly a work of art! Thanks, Paul. Worth every penny. Louis Vuitton has nothing over Paul.

The emails from Paul Richard were useful as, I assume because of the time of the year the bag took a little time to arrive.
The bag, which was a present, has been well received and the quality is evident.
