I ordered 4 bags for the holidays for family members.
The selection offered is vast both color and material wise. They were gorgeous once in hand.
I must compliment and frankly the main reason for review was to express my appreciation for very prompt and professional communication thruout this process.
One bag ordered, the plant was short on materials and waiting for delivery.
Two ways to handle this and the way most companies would, is send item out when completed with zero concern to their customer.
Second way and honestly what EVERY company should do out of sheer respect to all their customers who keep their doors open by purchasing their products is simply contact the customer. A simple email!
Well Paul Richard did just that, actually a few emails asking if I could wait, once materials and bag was started and a follow up upon shipment.
Well done in my mind. I was totally okay and as a business owner i understand hiccups in the product delivery chain.
A professional forward approach so I wasn't twiddling my thumbs agitated waiting for delivery sets the aside in many ways.
The bags are stellar and 5 stars isn't enough for the communication!!

I ordered over a month ago and have not received anything, despite being told that it would only take 10 days. Also false advertising claiming products handmade in USA when they are made in China.

Complete fake from China. Only received one of three bags ordered and was completely fake. Disputed charges with cc company. DONT BUY from these crooks! It a complete AI fake, BS story

Well this company seems to work under the cover of a craftsman about to retire and this was indeed listed as a closing down sale. But there seems to be no shortage of stock and future orders are encouraged. Upon receipt of the two bags received the one made of canvas does seem to the better of the two but certainly not worth the price charged even after the massive discount! The second canvas crossbody bag is absolute rubbish and made out of corduroy and could be bought on a market stall for a few pounds, not the £68.00 charged for! I’ve been had so please DON’T use this company.

Made in China, poor quality hardware, minute imperfections, return policy on website is misleading.

I'm confused by so many 1 star reviews. I ordered myself two bags, one leather and one canvas with leather straps and embellishments. Both are exactly what I expected. My tracking came from Mainland, CANADA, just above the NE U.S. Google maps showed the address they came from. I wonder if there's a site mimicking Paul Richard or if this truly is Chinese made. Regardless I'm happy with both bags this far. I certainly WOULD NOT pay $600 for either bag but the prices were fair. The going out of business thing seems legitimate given that much of what was available, just weeks ago, is now unavailable. Time will tell I suppose. I'll edit my review if the bags fall apart but it doesn't seem like the bags I received are cheap. The leather is certainly not pleather. Canvas bag is heavy and the leather buckle straps are robust. I'd add pics if I could.

I am suspicious about this company. No branding or labelling on the bag. No mention of where it is made. No stamps of “real leather” etc. I would have thought “made in the USA” would be proudly labelled, but there is nothing. Quality is OK.

The product is inferior and contains no leather whatsoever. The product is also made in China and the site is very misleading. The product contains no leather and is made with cargo… it’s a fake product and sold as if it’s hand made. The product also comes dirty like it sits in a warehouse for years. I would not recommend this product or site, all items made in China and is really crap quality and is already coming apart.

After reading the other reviews I was quite nervous about this item. I am happy to report that it came in a timely manner and looks quite good actually. It seems to be well made and I am actually a bag maker myself so I speak from experience. the leather parts are actually genuine leather as well. I was afraid it would be "Pleather" I think I'll be able to use it for sure. That said, it certainly isn't "handmade" by some artisan in rural USA. Its made in China.

I never received my order that was to be here prior to Christmas! I still have not received my bags, four of them and over four hundred dollars!! Horrible Service

Complete deception. The embellishments of the product hooked me into ordering three bags with the intent of early gift shopping with eventual return of some of the products.
The products are mass produced IN CHINA. Not hand crafted.

Delivery is delayed to the standards of most online retailers.
Return time is limited and uncertain.
Do not order from this AI patched together outfit.
