So, this is the second negative review that I am giving Paystack as they have still not resolved the issue that I have been experiencing since September 2022. I have been waiting for my refund since September and they keep on giving me assurances that they are dealing with it but I still have not received my money. They were supposed to take a maximum of 12 working days to process the refund but, it's now nearly 3b months on and still nothing. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM AS THEY ARE DISHONEST AND MAKE PROMISES THEY CAN'T KEEP. Totally useless and the still the worst experience I have ever had.

first time i used paystack, it was great. received my payment the next day. currently, i'm really annoyed with their service, honestly wished i'd used another provider. a payment of 150k in naira was made to me, till now i haven't received my funds. my bank details is still in review for whatever reason and i needed the money asap, was why i made use of paystack. honestly regretting my decision. contacted customer support, no response. my funds still pending, nothing has been done.

I have never transacted with a paystack account before. This morning I received a debit alert of N16,000. The only description there was paystack checkout. I have never ever used paystack to transact before

I am yet to receive my payout for more 7 days now from paystack. All attempt trying to contact support via email prove to be abortive

My experience on Paystack has been great so far. I've used the platform to make payments for the shoes and accessories I got from online stores. It was a seamless transaction, and I got a receipt immediately as payment confirmation.

I buy my electricity units and book my flights online using Paystack as the payment gateway. Every payment done for over a year now has been initiated and completed with zero hitch. I just got completely scammed by this company. Here's the full story:

A few days ago, I changed some NGN for USD from a local BDC (Bureau de Change) at the rate of NGN775/USD. Made an exchange of USD60.00. Deposited the amount to my card.

A few days later I realized I hadn't subscribed my Swift Wifi as it was expiring a day later. The sum of my subscription in Naira is NGN12,790.00. Surprisingly I go to do an online subscription for my wifi on Swift's website and realized that the MasterCard payment option has been replaced with Paystack.

I gave it a try and boooom! My dollar account read USD28.16.

Whaaaatttttt! I do a quick calculation and realized I was charged USD31.84. I decided to do some more calculation to find the rate at which my dollar was exchanged for in Naira. (NGN12,790/USD31.84) = NGN401.7/USD. No freaking way.......... That means at "normal" rate which is my banks official rate of NGN490/USD, Paystack should have charged me USD26.2.

Paystack literally exchanged my dollar for a price even smaller than the CBNs (Central Bank of Nigeria) rate at the time of my writing this 30/10/2022 @437.16.

Blooodddyyyy company. I have no freaking idea if Swift are on this too. I'll take it up with them later. But for now...plllsssssssssssssss PAYSTACK is a sshitttttttttt company filled and infested with corruption and fraud.
