Super impressed with my first purchase. I usually order from Amazon but they didn't have my desired motherboard in stock so searched on Google and PGC came up. I'm sometimes wary about buying from smaller companies I've not heard of but took the chance and PGC were fantastic. Great price, quick comms and surprisingly quick delivery. Unable to track delivery, the site didn't link my order to my email address after signing up (like it said it was supposed to), and the expected emails regarding dispatch were not received. That said, customer service responded in a timely manner and confirmed the item was being dispatched. The item arrived promptly (2 days sooner than estimated!), in great condition, and at a reasonable price!

I paid for Saturday delivery as I’m out of the country until Friday. Item got sent and delivered on Wednesday which cause a lot of stress and inconvenience. My flatmate had to call in sick in order to accept the parcel on my behalf.

I tried updating delivery on Parcelforce website with the tracking number, nothing was successful. Overall a horrible experience but at least I have my PC now I guess.
