I made an order, didn't receive e-mail confirmation. Called them, got an e-mail confirmation, no tracking or updates even after I registered with them. Waited for order 3-4 days, called again only to be told my order is cancelled and is going to be re-delivered. I would raise my rating to 3 stars when I get my product, but so far the lack of notifications about order cancellations and me needing to call again is a huge bother. I also need to call again tomorrow to see if everything is on the way, because I can't trust their e-mails.

Marked as dispatched, but never received. Said can send a replacement but not the one i ordered! even though they still was showing stock.

Had the psu I was looking for and at a good price, communication was great, and delivery faster than expected. The website isn't great on mobile, but otherwise it was a much better experience than I've had with better known stores.
