PCM Travels Opiniões 

My poor wife tried to fix a flight and unfortunately had a very bad interaction with this company without even realizing they weren’t part of Delta’s team.
PCM travel then completely misrepresented Delta policy and charged $758 dollars to “cancel and rebook” with “fare difference” when really it turns out they just notified Delta about our flight. Took Delta all of 2 seconds and was FREE. We feel so taken advantage of by PCM travel.
Tried to call their team for help about this situation the other day and just got yelled at.

I cannot believe this company has not had legal action taken against them. I would say avoid this company but they are masters of impersonating other airlines so you don’t even realize you’re doing business with them until it’s too late and you’re out hundreds of dollars for services you never receive.
Your credit card number being used for further fraud purchases later on is the cherry on top!!
Do not be fooled by their false promises of reconciliation in their replies. They will continue to lie about their practices.

Its a complete scam. I dont undestand how truspilot can still have them as a 3.1 star. Take a look at the reveiews or look them up and you will see they just take your money and never give you your tickets.

Claimed to be a Delta representative. Never identified themselves as PCM Travels. I rebooked a cancelled flight with who I thought was Delta but apparently they intercepted the call somehow. They rebooked with Delta using my ecredits which they claimed they could not find and said we would have to pay over 600 to rebook the flight home. So Delta received nothing since the ecredits covered the flight and they scammed me for over 600. I should have known when the scammer I was talking to was named Zoltan - and get this his last name is- SMITH. Thankful that the first credit card they tried to charge alerted me to the fraud.

OK so they respond to negative reviews asking for people to email which i did and no response - shocking.

This company is a complete fraud. They gave me a ticket for a flight that was over booked already and then said I would have to pay 700 bucks for a new flight bc the flight they gave me a ticket for wasn’t available anymore. My 8 year old and I waited for hours at the airport and then had to fly home another day and they nothing at all to help or assist. Complete joke!!!

Zackery was a great service

IT IS A FRAUD. They supplanted my airline company and asked me to pay extra amount for a pending tax.

I had a very nice flight from Asheville to Flint. No troubles and very smooth landing

Zachary was excellent in handling my need's gave me several options. Very patient and as professional as it get's. It has truly been a pleasure having him guide me flawlessly through this ordeal. I'd sure book again and definately request him as my agent and will refer many other's with similar need's for I was 100 % satisfied. On a scale of 1-10 I'd give him a 12. Thank's he supervisor ( quality) and has easily the capable to fit those shoe's. A real pleasure. Thank you.
