I bought the 30L Everyday backpack back in 2018. I am a professional photographer and use this bag every day to carry my gear to shoots both on-location and at my studio. It's hands-down the best backpack I've ever owned. It's a workhorse, my gear has never gotten scratched, bumped or broken while in the bag, and I don't treat it gently. Throughout the years as I've added or subtracted lenses, laptops, chords, etc I've reconfigured where everything fits and this bag has always been just the right size for every type of shoot. And the absolute best part is the lifetime warranty. Here I am after 8 years of daily hard use and when two of the zippers failed I contacted customer support hoping to send it in for a zipper replacement. I would have been happy to pay for it - instead I got a whole new replacement bag under warranty. WOW, not only the best product on the market but the most prompt and friendly customer service I've had in a while. Great job Peak Design, I am constantly recommending you to fellow photogs!

I’m really disappointed with Peak Design. I placed an order on July 3rd, and as of now, it still hasn’t shipped. What’s worse: I’ve contacted their support team several times, and they haven’t even acknowledged my messages.

This isn’t the kind of experience I expected from a brand that claims to value its customers.

If this is how they handle paid orders, I seriously question how they’d handle warranty claims or product issues. I hope this review finally gets their attention.

I'm new to Peak Design and was excited to discover your products, especially after purchasing your small and medium-sized packing cubes. I liked them so much that I then bought the tech bag and shoe pouch, and I am waiting for the wash pouch to arrive for an upcoming trip in August. While browsing your website, I came across the Leash and Cuff and enjoyed the entertaining videos created by your talented employees. I was thrilled to discover these products and had a great experience with my initial purchases. Your mounting system provides me with the flexibility to use many items with the Leash and Cuff simply by adding additional mounts. Overall, I feel Peak Design products are designed with the customer experience in mind; they are well thought-out and well-made, and I love the materials you use and appreciate how environmentally friendly they are. Peak design has one of the best customer service out there, caring for each of our personal situation. Makes you feel you have a privileged relationship with the entire experiment from product production to customer service. Rare nowadays

as a product user, no matter how careful you are using the product there will be a time where some part will malfunction beyond your control. Peak Design really support their product as the lifetime warranty meaning about. I trust Peak Design from Design and the practicality of their product. Best Regards

I have bought many PD products during the last decade (let's say about 15 or so, or even more). I have had just some issue with only a couple of items and in both cases PD has been fast and eager to solve the problems. As a consumer in my fifties, I have never been in touch with any producer / seller who takes care of their customers as PD does.

Peak design took care of me. Needed a part on my tripod warranty replaced. I was back up and shooting very soon after contacting them.

PD lives up to their lifetime warranty on their iPhone cases. My wife’s iPhone 12 mini case was replaced quickly and effortlessly after two years when it the rubber edges started to come away from the back.

I selected the iPhone 15 case which was confusingly advertised as though one case was suitable for all iPhone 15 models (I have an iPhone 15 and didn’t realise there were different variants, so clicked on this). It appears there was a dropdown option to select the type of iPhone 15, which I missed (no prompt to make the customer choose something from the dropdown menu, which would avoid this), and the default option for some reason was “iPhone 15 Pro”. I didn’t realise I’d ordered the wrong model until it arrived, and had to pay shipping both for a replacement case and to send back the model that didn’t fit my phone.
There were a couple of other areas on the website that were misleading/confusing to navigate which caused some frustration.
I would expect customer service to make free to waive delivery fees and provide more understanding responses when a customer has accidentally purchased the wrong item as a result of this, but they did not really budge on this, which was disappointing.

Extremely happy with my bag and the customer service. They truly go above and beyond. :)
