Travel without Fear
As first time travelers to Italy, my wife and I were concerned about keeping our passport, wallet and phone secure. This bag from Peaksta was the solution to our fears. The Peaksta Slim Carry 2
The Peaksta Slim Carry 2 is quite nice and the colour of the bag is striking. It's useful for carrying a phone, passport and slim wallet. However, it is not feasible to put in other things as the bag will bulge in an unsightly manner and the zips will be exposed. I put the phone into the zipped compartment instead of the pocket with the button because the button is not tight and there's a risk that the phone will fall out. Moreover, my phone sticks out of that compartment by about 1.5cm so it can be seen by other people. I will use this bag on a day to day basis but will use other bags with more sturdy anti theft features when I travel.

Horrible customer service
I had not received my merchandise.
I sent an email to customer service, and they forwarded it to the delivery company.
I sent photos of them dropped at the wrong door. Still no resolution, just that “we are right.”

Pickpocket Proof Tested
I'm really glad that I received this email to leave a review. I was planning on sending an email in the morning. I just arrived from Rome and your bag saved my property. Because of your well designed zippers, a pickpocket was unable to steal my valuables. I was able to catch her in the act because of the difficult to open zippers. I truly give your bag an honest 10/10! I will never travel with any other bag again.

I usually carry a handbag/tote or just a wristlet. But I like that this carries a lot of stuff plus keeps my hands free. 2 vacations planned and one I will have dogs that will let me have my hands free. This also holds my Kindle.

I am very pleased with this bag
I am very pleased with this bag. It's stylish, slim, lightweight, and easy to carry, making it perfect for everyday use. The only improvement I'd suggest is extending the strap adjustment so it can be shortened a little more. As a petite lady, I'd appreciate a better fit when wearing it crossbody. Other than that, it's a wonderful bag, and I highly recommend it!

Handy and comfortable worn in front!
The BOGO offer was great. Love the RFID and easy access phone pocket. I can easily fit a 16 oz water bottle in for hands-free touring.
I love my bag so much, I gifted the other.
Will be using in Europe soon.

pleased with the bag
I'm pleased with the bag. It holds almost everything I normally carry in my purse, although that makes it a bit difficult to dig items out, but for traveling it will be perfect. Seems like it will fit well under a coat. (Didn't try it because it's been so hot). The wallet works as advertised. I would've given 5 stars, but it's made in China, so I took off one star. Delivery took longer than I expected, but I believe it was coming from China.

One quick clarification on the shipping: we actually ship from multiple warehouses depending on stock and destination, including within your region, so your order did not necessarily come from China. Delivery times can still vary depending on the carrier and the warehouse it ships from, and I hear you that this one took longer than expected. Apologies for the wait.
On the origin: yes, our bags are manufactured in China, and we are open about that. We work closely with the factory on materials, QC and design specifically because that is where the best expertise for this type of bag sits. Totally respect the star deduction, just wanted to share the context.

I received the wrong items and they won't send the correct ones
I received the wrong items. I ordered the Slim 3, 2 bags, and received the Slim 2. I contacted customer service and they tried telling me that my bags were mislabeled. They did not even try to fix this problem. Beware of this company!

Hi, thank you for flagging this and I completely understand the frustration. Let me clear this up properly.
Our customer service team was actually telling you the truth, though I can see why it did not land that way.
There was a mislabeling error at our factory where a batch of Slim Carry 3 bags were shipped with Slim Carry 2 tags. The bags themselves are the correct Slim Carry 3, only the tag is wrong. That is on us for not catching it at QC, and I apologise for the confusion it has caused.
You can verify this yourself in two ways: the Slim Carry 3 has a cut-proof shoulder strap (reinforced with wire inside) and a lockable zipper on the main compartment. The Slim Carry 2 has neither. If both of those are present on your bags, you have the correct product.
If after checking you still believe something is off, please email me directly at hello@peaksta.com with your order number (starts with #PEAKSTA) and a photo of the strap and zipper, and I will personally sort it out with you.

False advertising…
The delivery service was fine no issues there. The product itself is OK. It is not/or cut proof at all. A basic kitchen knife was able to slice the front of it open. That’s why I ordered a total of five. This was done specifically so we could see what happened when you tried to cut or slash it open and it was able to be done. The strap itself is more cut resistant than the bag itself to be slash resistant. Sadly, I’m not able to post any of the pictures in this review. Go figure.

Your return window remains protected regardless of how long this has taken. That has not changed.

Ordered PEAKSTA slim carry 3 (2 items)…
Ordered PEAKSTA slim carry 3 (2 items) and RFID wallet (2 items) on June 30. Carrier has not yet received the product. Emailed PEAKSTA 3 times with no response or explanation. If product not received soon, it will not be in time for the trip I have planned and I will have no need of the product. Can’t comment on product quality, but customer service is not adequate.

I brought the crossbody bag to Italy…
I brought the crossbody bag to Italy for a 2 week trip in a heatwave and the bag preformed perfectly. It carried everything well so I was easily able to get to my passport cards and money. It also was easy to remove when I needed to pass it through medal detectors. Needless to say I perspired each day but the bag dried quickly and was ready for more heat the next day. I used the card holder with confidence. I’m so impressed with the product.
