poor post sales customer service. wrong item received
ordered June 18. i initially tried to cancel, and after 3 days they responded and said they are unable to cancel and offered 10 % refund (still have not received this). after a week, june 29, i got the items. i ordered peaksta slim 3 but got the peaksta slim carry 2. I emailed them the same day as i got an incorrect order. that was june 29. july 2, i asked for a follow up. no answer, July 4, emailed again and ask if they can just mail in the rfid wallets instead of replacing the items as i dont want to return and wait another week for replacement.no answer. emailed again for update today. its been almost 2 weeks of no answer or email replies. the product is good but wrong item was received and no response or resolution made..

I have not receive my order that I placed on June 27, 2026. What is going on? I sent an email and no answer either. Is this website a SCAM?
**UPDATED REVIEW 7/9/26**
I finally received my order 3 days after I posted my first review. The bags are very nice and sturdy. I only gave 4 stars because of the order tracking and delivery time. Peaksta should update their order tracking on when the product would arrive or on its way. The only thing showing in my order status was it was processed but no estimated delivery time which was very frustrating. Otherwise the bags itself are cute and material is sturdy. I love it and can't wait to use it in my travel to Rome, Spain, Gibraltar and Bermuda.

I love my bag
I love my bag! It holds more than you think and the compartment accesses are so easy yet well hidden! The construction of the straps makes it very comfortable and easy to adjust.
Bought one for my daughter and she loves it, so age wise… great for me, 63 and my daughter, 25!

Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service. I ordered the bag June 14th and did not receive in time for a planned trip. The bag has an odd long narrow compartment at the top that would be too deep for a set of keys and not large enough for a water bottle. I did not receive the advertised " 2 free RFID wallets" I sent an email on June 28th to request a return heard back on July 1st then again requested a return label. I sent another remail on July 2 to again request return label. " Dee" has still not responded and I have still not received a return label as of July 4th. I am leaving the country again on the 6th and wanted this resolved before the 45 day return window expires. Buyer beware this is not a product with guaranteed return as advertised

I love this bag!
I live in the US and just returned from two weeks in Europe and had my Peaksta bag with me the whole time. This is the best travel bag I have had to date. I love the deep compartments and the fact that I don't even realize I have it on me while I'm sitting on a bus or dining out. It holds so much more than I expected and is so comfortable.

FINALLY!
I tired of the traditional cross body handbag—too awkward. Then I tried a well-reviewed fanny pack. I liked it until I put it around my middle. Then I saw a friend with a slim-body Peaksta and my heart soared! I got one for me and one for my daughter. I absolutely love mine! Who knew? At the tender age of 77, I finally found the perfect handbag!

I was a little disappointed in the amount of time is was taking to receive the gear. So I emailed the company and got a very nice PERSONAL response that explained the situation. That's all it took to put my mind at ease. When the gear arrived, it was exactly how it was presented.

Classy and functional.
While shipping took longer than I expected, such that we didn’t get to use the products on our recent trip, the bags are very nice. They look classy (bought the beige/brown and the olive colored crossbody), are durable, with lots of compartments, and fit great, just as advertised. Excited to use them! Even my husband, who refuses to carry crossbody bags, loves his!

Nice company to deal with and very attractive bags. I am disappointed with the length of the zipper on the main pocket. I have had these bags in the past and that pocket opening was about two inches longer, a standard size gift card barely fit through it. And I greatly miss the fourth pocket I had which was on the top edge. I will enjoy these but won’t recommend as highly as my previous bags.

You are right that we have made design changes over time, and the shorter main zipper and the removed top pocket are real differences from earlier versions. The intent was to streamline the silhouette, but I hear you that the trade-off cost you usability you valued. I will pass this on to our product team because you are not the first long-time customer to flag the top pocket specifically.
