I ordered Stud earings and a lovely gold hair slide for a Wedding.I change my mined on the earings and they sorted it straight away.
I am looking forward to wearing the unusual slide.

Earrings ordered on the 19th January for my daughter, who was hoping to wear them on the 11 February for her school dance. No sign of the Earrings no response to emails asking for updates. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Scam company. Have tried contacting company via email and online contact form every week for last three weeks to ask for refund but no reply. Order hasn’t arrived.

My order arrived but to late,also not the best quality,I have emailed 3 times and still no reply absolutely appalling company

This company is a complete scam. I ordered my wedding jewellery here weeks in advance but it didn’t arrive until almost a week after my wedding. The quality of the jewellery is really poor, the headband is even painful to wear. It doesn’t look anything like the picture. I contacted customer service to ask for a refund as they were well outside the original delivery date and I was told I could only have a partial refund. It’s been about six weeks I’ve been waiting to receive this refund and still no reply from customer service. They claim to make unique handmade pieces but you can find the exact same jewellery elsewhere online for much cheaper. Really, really poor service overall, save your money.

4 weeks for delivery. Finally arrived after I asked for refund. Packaged well for delivery or bubble wrapped well but without a box. Left me a little underwhelmed especially since it was bridal earrings.

Do not order this cheap tat the women orders cheap stuff off Ali express and makes out it hand made and sends an automated message saying she has had a baby so will respond as soon as possible to allow her time to get it shipped from china then you receive cheap broken knock off goods and when you ask to return it she ignores you compleatly be aware if you like something screen shot it and you will find it for 1/3 of the price on Ali express

Very happy with my order, jewellery looks elegant and nice quality. I emailed the company and they got back to me within the day. Also arrived early. I would order again.

I bought some earrings.. terrible quality and I complained and nver heard back - so the customer service matches the earrings. I posted a bad review directly on their site which they've removed so you can't trust the reviews on their site.

I ordered a headpiece from Pearl and Stone which on receipt was damaged. One of the porcelain flowers was broken. I emailed them immediately, on the 18th March 2024, attaching photos of the issue. At the point of writing, I've not even had an acknowledgement, nor response. This piece is for my wedding, to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. However I'm sure it could have been rectified if Pearl and Stone had responded to my email. With such aborent customer service I would not recommend purchasing from this company, especially for such an important occasion.

God service. Personlig pakke, som bare gør noget ekstra. Super flotte produkter.
