Returning things back in 2 weeks time is difficult when sending goods to abroad can take 2 to 6 days. That is why I give 4 starts otherwise it would have been an easy 5!!!

Lieferung kam termingerecht und gut verpackt an. Mit der Beschreibung war die Anbringung des TV Ständers an den Fernseher sehr einfach. Begeistert hat mich, wie man eine einfache Kabelführung machen kann.
Die Schrauben sind schwarz, das finde ich schade, die müsste es in der Farbe, die man sich aussucht, mitgeliefert werden. Ich kann die Firma und das Produkt weiter empfehlen.

The ordering experience was smooth. Delivery was fast. The product is excellent. Assembly was easy. It's great that I was able to call someone and clarify questions. The only room improvement I see is in minor but important details. For example: after paying so much money, I would have appreciated it if the color of the nuts & bolts was the same as the TV Stand (Pearl in my case). Even better if there was an option to get the wheels (I ordered Moon Rollin') in the same color.

Produkterne er slet ikke pengene værd. 1500,- for to metalstænger? Vi bestilte en tv stander som ifølge hjemmesiden skulle passe til et Sony fjernsyn. Det gør det overhovedet ikke. Meget mærkelig returpolitik, man køber et produkt men det passer ikke (på trods af at det ifølge Pedestal skulle), og så kan man ikke få det fulde beløb refunderet? Nu har vi måtte ud og købe meget længere skruer, men det er stadig meget ustabilt og vi sætter den nok til salg inden længe.

Good product but bad QA and customer service.
I made 2 orders, first a stand and shelf, afterwards a soundbar mount. The stand had some minor scratches as well as the shelf plate. The biggest issue was a really sharp edge on the shelf plate, where kids (and others) could easily get injure. I carefully sanded the part to fix it. The soundbar mount arrived with various scratches and worn off edges, partly due to poor packaging i guess. Two metal bars in an evelope rubbing against each other while being shipped isn´t the smartest way to send things across borders. Most dissappointing is customer service though. No reply to my mail speaks volumes.

And the delivery was without a hitch and very fast. The assembly of the product was easy and all the tools needed for the assembly was prepackaged.
The TV mount has a simple look to it (which is what I want) and has a high quality.

Faltaron cosas y las estructuras son endebles. No es cierto que sea universal pues no puedo conectar la antena con el montado. Si su precio fuera 30 euros estaría bien pero por 200 o más es un timo en toda regla. Abstenerse. Lo peor de lo peor.

Unkomplizierte Bestellung und schneller Versand. Einfacher Zusammenbau. Das Produkt ist wie beschrieben. Wünschenswert wäre eine Option für Laufrollen für glatte Böden (z. B. Parkettböden). Sehr hochwertige Verarbeitung.
