Pedibal navigator II purchased in February 2026 and a superb experience from start to finish, dealing with Mark has been a pleasure and all my queries answered swiftly. I'd recommend Pedibal and Mark to anyone looking for a bike and it's sets the benchmark for how interactions should be.

I was a bit short after Xmas but still wanted this bike. Found that they were offering a pre-used one for a couple of hundred quid less and went for it. Very quick delivery. Great bike. Love it

Mark at Pedibal has been great helping me through my order. I've bought the Maxima which is just the best bike for myself.

I was a little concerned going back to cycling as I have a bad ankle & knee, but the cadence sensor & the 3.5mph throttle system is great & I have to say I've actually seen improvement in my knee & ankle since using the Maxima.

Been riding my bike for a few months fair weather rider & I've found the sweet spot regards settings / gears, PAS 3 in gear 4 works great for me.

I have the folding option bike, so we can fit this & the wife's folding bike plus dog trailer into our VW camper.

Regards delivery, company used was great, got a delivery date & a call just before arrival.

Every bathing for a bile y can fold up this is more powerful off the mark than my 2 k bike absolutely fab best ever buy in years with throttle assist and road legal it’s just not got better but amazing a must buy .

Very quick delivery, good product and pretty easy pannier rack to fit on the rear of my bike. Only slight error was not the correct bolts/nuts came with it.

I really like my Pedibal Navigata mk2, and the bike has given flawless service so far, but that’s not all that matters to me.

This was my first ever electric bike, and Pebidal are one of the few companies offering a DVSA certified range of bikes with legal throttles.
The fact my bike has a throttle AND is still completely legal to use on roads is a massive bonus.

Then there is the customer service from Pedibal.
I’ve asked them a few questions about my bike, and they reply promptly, helpfully or even post a link to a ‘how to video’.
They are also friendly in their manner.

With me being new to the electric bike scene, I’ve massively appreciated the customer service, and I love the bike.

Had an issue with one of their premium foldable bikes, there were some back and forth but Mark went above and beyond in customer service and resolved our issue within a couple days.

Considering the cost of their products, I would say that their after sales support is on par!

I 100% recommend just based on this experience.

Great Bike, Very pleased with Mk II revision. As a retiree (with 2 x Land's End to John 'O Groats rides behind me, (not on the Pedibal)) am very pleased with the bike overall, and looking forward to using it through the Spring & Summer - FIVE STARS!

Firstly, I was lucky enough to have a colleague buy one of their bikes - the Pedibal Navigata. I got a try of riding it. Immediately I fell head over heels - not literally - but was so thrilled at the bike. Looks very well built. My colleague had his for six months before I bought mine. Talked to Mark a few times before purchase. Good guy. When I bought the bike I was very keen to receive it. It was delivered fast. The bike is great and must be doing a power of good for my mental and physical health. I highly recommend the firm and the bike.
