fabulous personal service - nothing is too much trouble and a great value for money bike

Received my Navigata MKII yesterday. I got the bike via Cycle to Work and there was a delay in the cycle to work team processing the order. I have to say that the sevice from Mark @ Pedibal was impecible. When I advised him there was a delay he helped to liaise with them to get it over the line. The bike arrived the next working day and from opening the box it was ready to ride in 10 minutes. The bike itself is everything I hoped it would be. Brilliantly constructed and a great ride. If you are thinking of your next ride I would definitely recommend it.

Bought my Navigata cit e 12 months ago love it . I have done a few updates to it .ie fitted hydraulic brake callipers to it (quite hilly around me) also took the front light off it and replaced it with one with a lot better shine off it when used at night,also fitted a guard off a racing bike to go around the derailleur so when bike is being transported in fold up position I noticed that I had to adjust derailleur which works well.i have the throttle version but to be honest have used twice ,once when I bought the bike to check it worked and once to see if it would get me up a hill which it did ,I am contemplating buying another e bike for my wife have looked at a few different e bikes but will probably be ringing Pedibal in the next few days to order another one

Absolutely wonderful company!! Excellent customer service, no matter how many questions I had, they have been always more than happy to help. Mark especially went above and beyond and even sent me an email advising the best way to unpack my bike given my chronic health issues. As for the bike itself, I bought the Navigata CitE with a throttle. As someone with ME/CFS I needed something that would enable me to get out and about again without the fear of having an energy crash and the throttle on this bike enables me to do that. I haven’t ridden it far yet, just a short test run but it was fantastic, very smooth and easy to operate. Such a brilliant design and folds up small enough to not take up loads of space in my hallway. This is a small, independent, UK based company and their products and customer care are way better than most larger manufacturers I have come across and at such reasonable prices. I’m so happy! I bought my Pedibal over a year ago, but have only been using it regularly for the last couple of months due to having a knee replacement. The bike has been perfect for my recovery, meaning I can pedal when I want and use the throttle when I need to. Everyone admires the aesthetics of the bike, which is a bonus.

Purchased the E-Cruizer, had it just over a month now and its a comfortable ride and a well built Ebike would definitely recommend Pedibal

I first heard about Pedibal via a cycle advert for their DVSA legal Throttle, which is an advantage to have if your of senior age, this is done by the company before you receive your bike at the time of order, it involves the bike being sent to a DVSA Test centre where upon being tested for speed restrictions EPAC. + throttle cut out. It then receives a certificate for life of the bike.
The bike it's self is well put together, everything where it should be, easy to adjust. The bike arrived fully assembled all that's needed is the battery charging , did need to email re a small cover that split this was replaced via post , the staff were very professional polite & helpful.
The bikes are not the cheapest or the most expensive available but worth the extra .

The bike was delivered within 24 hours or ordering. When I contacted them they were very helpful in resolving a query I had. Emails I sent prior to purchase were replies to quickly. I am very pleased with the bike.

5☆ service !!! Went to the shop. Tried their Full range of bikes. Got all the information I needed. And these are FULL UK ROAD LEGAL ebikes with a throttle which are DVSA certified and also given a certificate for your bike so no issues with the police. :) THX MARK 😊

In September last year I was about to purchase an e bike manufactured in the far east. Before I pressed the buy button I started reading the customer service/satisfaction reviews, This particular manufacturers reviews were middling to average. So I started looking closer to home and came accross Pedibal bikes. I was scheduled to take part in a sponsored charity ride on Sunday 14th Sept about 23 miles, so four days before it, my wife & I went out for a practise ride - not having ridden seriously since pre pandemic. I realised I had an issue with my battery. I was concerned I was'nt going to make the ride without the e assist - I'm 67 with a heart condition- I got on the phone to Pedibal and was met with the reassuring voice of Mark a font of knowledge and calmness, he diagnosed and talked me through the issue even sent me a video.
Long story short within 2 days there was a new battery on my doorstep. My wife & I completed the bike ride the loop back in heavy rain & driving wind. My Navigata mk11 stoic unflinching with battery to spare. Marvellous. Thank you Mark & Pedibal. Thats exactly why I bought in the UK
