Really disappointing.
We booked and paid in full for a bouncy castle. Delivery was confirmed 48 hours before the event and the bouncy castle still did not arrive at the agreed time. After several calls and over two hours into the event the wrong bouncy castle arrived the birthday girl and the other small children could not use it as it required them climbing up a ladder, an obstacle course very obviously geared for older kids with a ladder and high slide. Very disappointing experience I wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else especially a child.
