Great, friendly and reliable service!!!!

Tried to call me on Friday afternoon to Monday their bouncy castle for the weekend. I filled out everything in the form to say where it would be and paid up front. They arrived just over 12 hours before my sons birthday party, to leave the bouncy castle the night before. Then told me they couldn't leave it in my front garden cause anyone could touch it overnight. I never booked overnight. They cancelled leaving me panicking at the 11th hour to make arrangements for my sons 6th birthday party. I would avoid these at all costs. I'm still waiting on my refund of €100. If you want a bouncy castle contact Bernie, Lieve Gullion bouncy castle hire. They organised at near midnight for my lad to have a bouncy castle the next day I can't rate them high enough.

Great Company , friendly and helpful staff . Very happy children after enjoying the obstacle course. I couldn't fault pelican promotions.

Great prices and service. Staff super helpful and friendly.

Great service and great value. Everyone loved the bouncing castle.

The team were very efficient setting up and removing item, all done in just a couple of mins.

Sufficient contact was made in the lead up to delivery and collection.
A great service all round.

Will definitely use this service again.

Great service and product kids had great fun 🤩

What a wonderful company to deal with.. would highly recommend and will be ordering from them for other events

I found Pelican Promotions to be fantastic for our last two occassions. Their staff were very nice & friendly

Top class setup. Castle was delivered on time 1st thing Saturday morning and left all day Sunday. Castle was setup and wiped down by Pelican team. Would happily recommend Pelican to anyone

Pelican were very easy to deal with. We did have to clean a few things out of the castle before the kids used it but apart from that we would get them again.

I have used pelican for all our birthday, communion parties and they are hands down the best company I’ve dealt with. Always arrived on time and easy staff to deal with who deliver the bouncy castles.

Right from ordering, delivery, setup and collection was a great experience.

Great service, collection and drop off was well communicated. The kids loved the bouncy castle, I will definitely order again.

Great service, everything was spot on!

Great experience from start to finish. Communication and service was fantastic. Very efficient on the day and collecting. The inflatable pub was a brilliant addition and works so well when u have guests for an outdoor event and you’re not sure of the weather. We put tables and chairs in with disco lights and a mini pool table. Still loads of room for a dance in the 18x18 pub. Great night had. Would highly recommend Pelican.

Great service
