We're afraid that this is not a true reflection of your booking. We deliver from 8am to 1pm and you are 70klm from our base, we don't generally cover your area due to the distance. You booked online and our office contacted you prior to your booking to say its out of our Bouncing castle delivery area ( we do cover Kilmessan with Marquees or large orders) We informed you that we would not let your child down, but explained that we wouldn't get to you by 10am as its too far from our base to make it on time.

There was a severe weather warning issued the following day and as it would be too dangerous to allow children to use a bouncing castle in high winds, we contacted all customers and collected all inflatables before 5pm. We left you to last collection, and send 2 guys in the van to roll it so tight, not to damage your house with a soaking wet castle(as you had no side entrance ) and you refused to release it to our guys because you said you might have to move a table????/ you argued that you had it until 6pm, even though it was putting your child at serious risk. We explained that we take child safety very seriously and we could not permit a child to use an inflatable in a Status Orange weather alert. Eventually, you agreed and then posted false accounts on social media. We will not apologise for giving you excellent service. We delivered when it was uneconomical to do so, took steps to safeguard your property in extremely wet conditions and left your order for as long as we could safely do so. Regarding your deposit, as you didn't pay the required deposit on booking, the system automatically deducts 20%. You paid over the phone when the office called you and you happily agreed to €40 .. you had the option to pay a lesser deposit. This post is an obvious fabricated account in order to damage our business because you didn't agree with safety regulations. We stand by our decision to not risk injury to your child.

To further respond to you 2nd post. We were never going to drive to you without a deposit and you agreed to €40. plus you refused to release the castle and our drivers had to phone our office to get some one to explain you you. plus I have a copy of your booking, you put 1pm for collection and we left it to 4pm and you still refused to release it. Plus we delivered a dry small castle with one person. We send 2 people to collect a soaking wet heavy castle and mentioned that we sent 2 people to roll it tighter to squash as much water out as possible, not to damage your internal walls. Your fake exaggerated reviews were intent on business damage. Our website clearly states that times are approximate and will be delivered between 9am and 1pm . You have no valid argument and you defensive attitude to call us out as being untruthful is ridiculous. If there was no weather warning, our drivers would not have had to beg for access to get the castle that you didn't want to release. Again, for child safety, we were absolutely not leaving it there. I have all screen shot messages from out team if you would like to see them. We will not respond any more to this untruthful review
