Never again
Obstacle course was delivered and paid for in full
Noticed straight after they left that steps to ladder were broken making it impossible for children to use and it was full of rubbish
Sent a message asking for a replacement
Got a call from Leanne who apologised and said she would try to organise a replacement
Got a text to say she was still working on it
Came to collect next day and staff said they didn't know anything about my complaint
Said they would contact Leanne about a refund and she would call me
Have got no calls or apologies or offer of a refund

We believe from the delivery guys, that the issue Edel, was that you ordered an obstacle course that was too small for 12 to 14-year-old children. Leanne apologised because she thought from your call that it was unusable. However the team that delivered the unit confirmed to Leanne that the kids were on it with no issues, although there were 2 staps damaged. When they called you to give them access to your property to collect it the next day, you said it wasn't usable, yet the drivers spotted the kids getting off it quickly and running into the house. They took a photo of the unit deflating, having just been unplugged. We delivered the day before and collected the day after because we weren't available on the day of your party. Leanne explained that to you when you called. The team were very aware of your complaint, so much so, that they took a photo on the collection to prove there was no issue with usability. The team were quite annoyed that you suggested they didn't clean out the unit. There were no issues with delivery, bar the realisation that it was a small unit that it was hired online. We feel in this matter you were able to use the goods for 3 days, and therefore a refund is not justifiable in this instance.

We have always used this company and have never had a problem. We would highly recommend them. Efficient, quick and every product is, as described, delivery drivers are polite and very friendly.

21st Birthday a huge success thanks to Pelican Promotions
Leah's 21st was a huge success thanks to Pelican Promotions. She had an amazing time. Marquee was perfect. Staff really helpful, friendly and did a great job putting up the Marquee.

Great fun experience
The Play Bus is fantastic for our group, as some of the children are high flight-risk, so bringing them on a tour is inadvisable. They had fantastic fun. It’s an all weather facility. Thank you.

Pelican are terrific to work with
Pelican are terrific to work with. The staff are friendly, helpful and very professional. The process was easy and the quality of the rental items was very good. The rental items were delivered in good time and the staff assembling the equipment were efficient and did a terrific job. The price of the items rented was reasonable and I will certainly use Pelican for all my hiring needs in the future.
