The quality of the product is really good. The price is good as well. Perfecthousesigns is responsive to e-mails. Considerate to last minute changes (they changed the delivery address as i entered the wrong one).

Poor Customer Service
Our house sign arrived very promptly and looks lovely considering how cheap they are - thank you!
However, the plugs on the back are wonky, therefore when up on the house wall the sign doesn’t secure straight. I have tried contacting via all methods of communication on your website but have had no luck in getting this resolved. If this can be resolved I would have no problem in giving a 5* rating.

Name plate poor quality and came with may scratches and dirty .
I have received the same order today and i was really looking forward to it .
But it was so demotivating when i opened the box. The name plate look very dirty and old and sooo many scratches. The plate seems to be damaged:((. Very bad quality , looks like engraving the name in damage plate . Very very poor quality.

Hi, Sorry to hear this, but please refer to our email/ticket reply. There is a clear protective film on one side of the plaque, we know this by looking at the image you sent us which still has the bubbles on it, this is part of the protective film which is not needed before use. You need to peel this off from any corner. Once peeled off, you will not see any marks and scratches. Hope this helps.
Solar house number
Solar house number received very well packaged, looks lovely on the front of the house. Received so many compliments from family and neighbours.
Cannot recommend this item enough .

Sorry to hear this, please check your junk folder in case the email has ended up in there. Regarding the light, there is a switch at the back, please toggle this to On by pushing it all the way in and ensuring that it stays pushed in. Otherwise it will not self charge. Pleased with my house sign
I am very pleased with the house sign I ordered and the solar light is very bright just what I was looking for to light up a dark entrance. The customer service team were excellent and quickly solved a problem I had. I would buy from this company again.

Very low quality
Very low quality. No screws, no instructions. Fragile and broken when tried to install it.
Not recommended at all.
