Immediately noticed after installation the quick response and immediate speed increase. Noticing gas savings as well but I don't know how with me hitting the gas!

Unfortunately, we only Refunded 80% of your purchase because you returned the Chip without retail Packaging and heavy signs of use. You only had the Chip for 5 Days before you sent it back, to get the best results we recommend to use the chip at least 10 days to give enough time for the Performance Chip to Communicate with your vehicle ECU.
We offer a 60 day free returns in all our orders to give enough time to test the product, you just need to return the product without missing parts within the time frame.
Chips don't work and could cause electrical issues
I personally used this chip for 6 months now and have driven close to 5000 miles with it. They do not do anything at all to your vehicle and could cause electrical issues like what happened to my 2010 Ford F-150.
I did some more research and it looks like they have two reviews blogs that they own, one to help give positive reviews to their chips and one to give bad reviews to competing chips. I am not saying that you shouldn't buy from them, I am just saying that you should do a little more research before you spend your hard earned money on something that could harm you car.
Tried to contact them 2 weeks in and they kept giving me the run around then they said they couldn't help me or give me a refund, its a shame, I really wanted to like this company and their chips.

Our Chips are safe to use and will not harm your vehicle, you "personally used for 6 months and do not do anything at all".
We don't own any review sites, If you see a good or bad review of any performance Chip we cannot control that.
We offer 60 days free returns to give enough time to test the product.

Good Upgrade
Remapped my ecu, direct plug and play. I noticed the results after a few days. Highly recommend if you have a Silverado.
