Once we’ve sent off an order, it’s in Royal Mail's responsibility, who insist on a 15-business-day waiting period before they investigate a lost shipment. Before that, they won’t move.

As we understand the item did arrive more than 2 weeks late, but was no longer needed at the time. Right now we're happy to refund you if the order gets sent back to us. We will also be able to provide you with a prepaid label if you request this through info@perlago.com.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this and we will do everything to make sure you're happy with our service.

Looks good but a dead loss

Range and prices good..Better to pay extra for tracked delivery or courier.Waited for long time after despatch by Rpyal Mail..nothing happened then eventually OUT OF STOCK..thanks.Refund on way.Waste of time...taking on phone they sound like electronically digitised voices very strage outfit...Buy somewhere else and do yourself a favour!

Would use Perlago again.

Would use Perlago again, product prices are very keen and delivery was very quick. The only problem was the box was slightly damaged but this probably happened in transit.

wife birthday present

Arrived within stated delivery, great price , my wife over the moon & saved nearly 1/2 the price on the high street . Will be using site more often and highly recommend to my family and friends . Thank you

I bought Versace Bright Crystal. Lovely fragrance. Fast delivery and nearly half the price than high street shops.
